Silver Springs: soggiorni in cottage

Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

We’ve stayed at several places in this community over the years and this was definitely the best! Place was clean, the appliances were updated, and you can’t beat the proximity to the pool/clubhouse and the Lake views. Will definitely book again here.

Een hele fijne locatie in de natuur. Je kijkt uit op een vijver waar heel veel leuke en mooie dieren te zien zijn. Je kan zien dat er veel liefde in dit verblijf is gestopt. We voelden ons thuis en hebben genoten. Als je van natuur houdt dan is dit een aanrader!

Kathleen's home was wonderful. It was like staying at your fancy best friend's house who trusts you with all of her very cool, expensive gadgets. The pictures really do not do the home justice. She left treats for the humans and an Easter basket for the doggos. Very comfortable home and the CLEANEST AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Wonderful backyard area with plenty of comfortable seating and outside activities. I highly recommend Kathleen's home for your visit to Gainesville.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Vanessa‘s location! The scenery was beautiful and the bungalow was comfy🥰 I really appreciated how responsive she was whenever I had a questions. And the tour of all the animals was a big highlight! But my absolute favorite was the Jacuzzi and the backyard area had tons of things to do😍 I will go back as often as I can because it was the perfect stay 🥰

The location was fantastic; when we got there, it even looked better in person. It had all the necessities and was a fairly roomy cabin/camper. A huge advantage was the patio and grill. We would definitely return; it's a nice pace for a quick getaway.

Honestly, this is going to be hard to beat tor a first Airbnb stay with my wife, a short weekend getaway. Marissa went out of her way to accommodate my requests, which would’ve been easy to say no to, but instead she did so enthusiastically. The mostly private deck, complete with hot tub, fire pit, and decor indoors give an overall intimate setting while literally having wildlife around you and even directly overhead. The bird life here is spectacular. The bonus plant side room is cool too. It’s quite literally everything Florida can offer in this hidden gem, coupled with an awesome host, I don’t think it’s possible to go wrong staying here and a high chance my wife and I will be back.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Stephen’s place. He was so nice and considerate making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. His place is clean, cozy, and super cute! We arrived to a surprise Christmas tree and Christmas card, a nice touch for home away from home during the Holidays. The location is great with easy beach access, walkable restaurant locations, nearby grocery stores, and everyone we met was so nice. We will definitely check on the availability of this place again for our return trips to St. Augustine!

We had a great stay. What stood out the most to us was how responsive, kind and helpful Regina was. Check in and check out were a breeze. The house was true to the photos. We appreciated how easy it was to drive to the beach and how nice it was to have two screened in outside areas. When the front & back doors were open we had a lovely cross breeze. There were ample essentials like towels, toilet paper and coffee, tea, toiletries etc! Some things to note: -While the beach might be technically walkable, it’s not feasible with small children as the neighborhood doesn’t have sidewalks and you need to cross a very busy street to get to the beach. We knew this going in so it wasn’t an issue for us. -This isn’t a new construction. It’s an updated older home with older home quirks like no closets or any real place to hang clothes in most of the rooms. there was a bit of a musky smell. -Construction debris in the backyard was unfortunate. Still we would recommend and would stay again

Very nice accommodations. Came to Gainesville for UF graduation. I booked early and was reasonably priced when hotels were inflated for this weekend. The home was Clean,Cozy, nicely updated inside, had everything you need. Very nice kitchen. Beds were Comfy. Would stay again or recommend to friends. Host responded quickly when we had a question.

Not our first visit to this cottage. We love her place. Love the out back peaceful area.... cottage is very accommodating. We will always stay here if available.

Amazing home and view. So close to springs and other fun Florida spots. Perfect home for a relaxing weekend get away if you live in Florida! We will definitely be back! Thanks Ashley for your hospitality and wonderful communication!!!

Had a great time at Laurie's cabin. Really enjoyed the fire pit, foosball table and my husband loved playing guitar hero. Added bonus was the kids got to see lighting bugs for the first time. Beds were comfy, cabin was clean and well stocked. Close proximity to great trails and Rainbow Springs. Not quite as private as I anticipated from the pictures as there was a tiny home right next to us and the canal was behind owner's home and not the cabin as I mistakenly thought. Overall still a great stay. Owner was very sweet and let the kids feed the chickens, gave our a pup a treat and left a 'smores kit for us to enjoy.

Beautiful view from the porch, which is where we had coffee each morning. Loved seeing all the birds and the fish jumping. At night, fire flies! Neighbors were friendly. Our doggies loved the boat ramp at high tide. We had a lovely peaceful stay which is what we were after. Had a great dinner at Pecks Old Port Cove. The cottage was comfy and well stocked.

I think our 4th or 5th stay at this location. We'll return. It's one of our Happy Places!!!

Fantastic stay! This tiny farmhouse was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. The space was stocked with essentials, the host was warm and accommodating, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing 3 days at Sally's place! The house was clean and comfortable and we especially loved the use of kayaks right off the dock. We saw manatees right off the dock two of the days that we were there! We kayaked upstream toward the state park and downstream toward Rogers park every day. Sally recommended bug spray and that is for sure important! We cooked out one night on the charcoal grill, but there are also great restaurants nearby. It's a quick trip to the main road with all the stores you'll need. Sally was very communicative and responded right away to any questions that I had. We would stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay here. The property had beautiful tropical plants everywhere and the host was very quick to accept my booking during evening hours and was always quick to respond. All the directions were simple and clear. Everything was clear and organized and smelt great. The house was very cozy and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Definitely would recommend this. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This Is a great place that has amazing lake views and is very peaceful. This was a much needed quiet vacation that helped me unwind and next time I am going to try fishing , thank you so much for sharing your home.

This vacation rental was exactly what we were hoping for. It was private with peaceful surroundings. The unit was very clean, the air conditioning was ice cold & the water for showers was hot. The porch on the back was a wonderful spot to have coffee in the am.

Cute and cozy place perfect for one or two guests! Located in a residential area with easy access to I-4 and restaurants/shopping a few minutes away. Comfy bed and kitchen had everything you need for meal prep. The outdoor space seemed very nice, but I didn’t get a chance to use it as I only stayed 2 nights and was out and about all day. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and even provided some local recommendations.

Dream cottage was just that! It’s a quiet spot in the perfect location! We saw dolphins, and manatees! Brian was super awesome, and right next door! The remodel of the place was adorable and it was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Laura was an excellent host!! Thankfully she had the availability to shift our stay by 1 day. Everything went so smoothly at check-in, no problems there! Don’t worry about carrying everything up those stairs; there is a dumb waiter to help bring up all the many things, you of course, won’t really need. lol Laura’s home was wonderfully decorated and she supplies all the useful items that you will need. Everything was clean and comfortable! Made our sister weekend very enjoyable!!

Daves place was perfect for the event that we came for. Dave was very easy to communicate with and very flexible with our check-in. The house was pleasant, private and peaceful.
