Magnifique appartement avec une vue incroyable. Hôte arrangeant pour les arrivées-départs. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Nous avons passé trois semaines agréables chez Valerio qui a été réactif et à l'écoute. L'appartement est confortable, très propre, l'emplacement paisible, le lac est à quelques mètres. Bars, restaurants et supermarchés sont accessibles à pied. Le quartier, Paradiso, est bien relié à la gare et au centre ville de Lugano. Nous conseillons l'appartement de Valerio.

Große Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Das ein oder andere Bild würde die Wohnung noch wohnlicher machen. Super sind auch die zwei großen Balkone und die Poolanlage. Küche ist sehr ausgestattet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no apartamento. A localização é boa, ao lado da universidade e é possível ir andando até o parque ou o centro. O apartamento é bem equipado, limpo, e o atendimento da administração é ótimo.

Gemütliche, saubere und modern ausgestattete Wohnung an der Skipiste und in der Nähe der Parsennbahn. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Eine super gemütliche Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Alles entspricht den Fotos und es ist ausreichend Platz für vier Personen vorhanden! Die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e luminoso con una comoda camera da letto ed un ampio salone. La cucina è ben attrezzata in caso si voglia cucinare a casa. C'è anche una vasta gamma di giochi e libri per bambini. Esperienza molto piacevole.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Tobias und es war wieder super. Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Blick und ist super ausgestattet. Außerdem ist die Lage (auch für einen Bus) gut. Gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Daniela. Avec son mari, ce sont des hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et qui aiment communiquer. Leur maison est un bon point de départ pour visiter les environs très touristiques du lac Majeur et retrouver le calme après ces journées bien remplies. Je recommande vivement !

Il soggiorno a casa di Cristina è stato perfetto, la casa era pulitissima, ben attrezzata e corrispondeva alla descrizione. È stato facile trovarla e accedere con le istruzioni che ci hanno fornito. È una zona residenziale, quindi molto tranquilla. La casa è molto grande, noi cinque tutti adulti ci siamo stati benissimo. Cristina è stata gentilissima, mi ha dato tante informazioni utili per il soggiorno. Brescia e Bergamo sono a poco più di venti minuti di macchina, il lago d'Iseo è ancora più vicino, posizione quindi molto comoda per i vari spostamenti. La consiglio sicuramente !

Hallo liebe Nicole und Philipp, vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit eine wundervolle Zeit in Eurem mit so viel Liebe und Respekt gestaltetem alten Bauernhaus in einer Ruhe Oase verbringen zu dürfen. Für uns als Ausbildungsgruppe war es der perfekte Ort für Begegnung, Innenschau und Austausch. Wir können Euch als Gastgeber und auch das wunderbare Haus nur Empfehlen. Vielen dank für alles. Eine tolle, gemütliche Wohnung, mit allem was es braucht, um sich schnell wohlzufühlen. Es ist sehr gemütlich, man schaut ins Grüne, der Bach rauscht. Auch unsere beiden Teenager waren begeistert. Fabrizio ist ein sehr herzlicher und offener Gastgeber mit Tipps und guten Informationen. Aus unserer Sicht fast ein Geheimtipp, wenn man Natur sucht und doch mit dem Bus zügig einkaufen oder durch Locarno Bummeln möchte.

We've been there for an Easter holiday with our parents, and it was amazing. Paul & Silvia are wonderful, communicative and friendly hosts, their place was great and we have had unforgettable time - beautiful places around Locarno in the first part of the day, and chilling out with picturesque views in the afternoons. Because of multitude of things to see in the area, I recommend visiting by car if only to have freedom of where to go. Also, the town of Agarone has nice walkable paths that we've discovered only too late (these do not show up on Google Maps). All in all, we were very happy with our holiday and would strongly recommend Paul & Silvia as hosts.

We had the pleasure of staying at Cinzia’s place for one night, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was smooth and Cinzia was always responsive. She was very friendly and had already put some delicious fruits and eggs from her garden for us. The place was cozy, clean, and had almost everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the bedroom was beautiful, especially with no mist on the lake. There was a supermarket and a bar nearby if you needed anything. Since Nesso has plenty of stairs because of the topography, I suggest not going with heavy baggage or suitcases. Ponte della Civera is a must-visit if you have the time. If you don’t have a car, you can use bus C30 from Como, I suggest you check the timetable on the app and buy your tickets in advance; it can get quite crowded. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely book again.

Luca - nuostabus šeiminikas, o apartamentai net pranoko mūsų lūkesčius. Čia viskas apgalvota iki smulkmenų, labai švaru ir jauku. Pasijutome lyg namie. Esame be galo dėkingi Luca už tokį šiltą priėmimą. Taip pat Luca yra puikus slidinėjimo mokytojas, o netoliese esantis slidinėjimo kurortas Valmalenco puikiai tinka šeimoms su vaikais. Ši vieta yra ta, į kurią tikrai norėtume sugrįžti.

Wir haben die Unterkunft spontan für eine Nacht gebucht und waren super zufrieden. Die Aussicht war wunderschön, die Wohnung sauber und perfekt zu viert und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

You have to be here to believe it. Everything is as advertised, the place is great, the beds are good, it was clean. Nicole is one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced, she was always helpful whenever I needed something. The lake is beautiful, also you can visit many places nearby that are stunning. It was very peaceful. Overal it was a 10 out of 10 experience, I cannot wait to go back. Thank you Nicole

A well-equipped apartment, convenient check-in (clear instructions and possibility to arrive at a later hour) and extremely attractive price. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place near Como (by car/bus).

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. Wir genossen unser Ferienwoche in dieser tollen Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden. Man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und was sonst in Ferienwohnungen fehlt, war hier nicht der Fall... Es hatte genügend Geschirr inkl einem Fondue Caquelon. Die Wohnung entsprach vollumfänglich der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Es war wie immer ein Vergnügen. Kleine nette Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und zentral und alles unkompliziert. Tipp top!

Lugar incrível, acomodação muito linda, organizado, muito limpo, tranquilo, a cozinha venho abastecida com café, geleia, suco, iogurtes, chás e biscoitos uma deliciosa e agradável recepção, quando chegamos o ambiente interno estava em uma temperatura muito agradável, a parte externa é lindíssima e de frente para o lago é uma experiência única eu espero voltar outras vezes para aproveitar melhor. Eu recomendo 100% fiquei com muita vontade de morar lá ❤️ obrigada por essa experiência ❤️
