Me and my wife loved it. This was our first ever Airbnb experience. We stayed for 2 nights and it was an absolute stress reliever. The co-host Genalyn was very responsive and answered all our questions. The room was spotless. The wifi is acceptable but I do not recommend using it to play online games, video streaming is fine though (speed ranges from 20-50 Mbps). You will need to sign in using your own Google and streaming service accounts to use the TV. The Kitchen is equipped with a standard pot and pan, dishes and cutlery are included. Host provided us with a few water bottles, coffee strips and sugar packets. Bathroom has a water heater, sitting bidet and automatic washing machine, you will need to bring your own body and laundry soap. The building is about 15-20 min walk to Mall of Asia. The pool is less than stellar. Having access to it from the balcony is very nice but there are sections of the pool that are clearly unkempt (rusting hand rails, dirty wall tiles, etc).

The place is very clean and homey, plus we felt relaxed after the long and hot summer drive when we arrived at the unit. Prior check-in, Tes has been a wonderful host, updating us with tips for our stay and reminders on what to prepare. The complete kitchen amenities helped us cook and reheat our own food during our entire stay. Also, there are toys available for my 2-y.o nephew :) I look forward to book with Tes again when we plan our Pico de Loro trip in the future. :)

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

Dan showed care and concern for us when we encountered a few issues with our extended stay, more from the AirBnB side. However, the matter was quickly resolved and we settled in without any issues throughout our stay. The unit is centrally located and therefore accessible to the many places we visited in Metro Manila. Also, it is accessible to the NAIA, the MRT and the ferry, which is close by and free! The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming on the two Sundays we visited the local church. It was like being in the comfort of one's community, with warm, loving, and respectful people. The staff at Novotel Residences, the people in the neighborhood, and the Grab drivers who drove us to our destinations--they all made us feel at home. We stayed almost a month and we didn't want it to end. Our stay was that good. Thank you, Dan, for your hospitality and for creating a memorable experience for us!

The place was very comforting and clean. The unit was also fully equipped and there were access to different places near the area. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back again.

The place was clean and was exactly as described. The linens and towels were clean and smelled good. Jose was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was complete and it was easy to find everything you need. We had an amazing stay. Will book this place again for future stays at Pico de Loro.

This is our second time booking Oda’s place, and the experience was just as amazing as the first. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I plan a beach trip to Nasugbu!

Thank you! We enjoy the place, ates/madams are very helpful offering everything and they are always cleaning the area. The place is very spacious. I hole that you change the check in and check out time depending on tides, because when we arrived we cannot enjoyed swimming in the front beach since it is very high tide with too much waves that makes water not clear until afternoon low tide. But when we check out at 10am the water in front beach is very calm and very clear water but we need to check out on time so we did not enjoyed the front beach. But very satisfied with the place! Will find this again soon!

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Hello! 👋 Just wanted to share our recent experience, we had a stunning time at Tirta Cottage! ✨ The cottage was in pristine condition, sparkling clean, and very welcoming. They had quite literally everything we required, especially the kitchen, which was equipped to the brim. 🍽 The thoughtful additional amenities made us feel like it's our home away from home, which was much appreciated. 🤗 But it doesn't stop at the cottage. The outdoors was equally delightful, where the pool was perfectly clean, and my family had a fantastic time enjoying it! 🏊‍♀️ Plus, the beach's stunning view added a remarkable touch. It was a pleasure to stroll around! 🏖 Believe us when we say this, we can't recommend this place enough to anybody looking for a peaceful retreat. The combination of an incredibly comfortable bed and a spotless setting made our stay really amazing! 🛏💖 Wouldn't hesitate to book again! 😊👍

We stayed at Sophia’s place for 1 night, although we wished we booked a few more. This is the best chill place for a family outing, and the place was very spacious for us. We have balikbayans who were very meticulous when it comes to hotels and b&b’s but they really loved the place. We had a problem with the water pressure at midnight, but I was surprised that the caretaker (Mae) was able to read my message and immediately turned on the water pump. We’re looking forward to booking this place again in the future. Thanks Sophia and Mae :)

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

The place was so clean and comfy and has a perfect view of taal. My family was able to switch off and get away from everything. We would like to thank ate Cecille for giving us a hand everytime. It would be a big yes for us to come back for the third time.

Overall, it's a good place to stay. Very comfortable and all furniture are in good quality. For possible improvement: - cleaner or new sanitary fixtures - keep the drains and grease trap odor-free (grease trap was so bad) - for longer stays, consumables should be replenished - clothes rack to hang clothes - include new dish sponge for every visitor - do not dilute the dish soap in water. Sachets is more sanitary than diluted in containers. - better communication from host

If you're looking for a place to stay over after spending some time in Enchanted Kingdom, then this place is that place. It's literally beside EK and so, you could leave your car here instead and take a walk to EK. The host was very responsive and she gave detailed directions for checking-in. The place is sparkling clean with excellent amenities and very accesible to PWDs, which is actually very good for us since my dad is a PWD. Thank you for making our stay fun and comfortable. ☺️

Ms. Jessa is very easy to talk to. Almost all concerns were addressed. Just wanted to have feedback on wifi… Hoping they could convert it in a lined internet. View is superb!!!

We had a great stay, and the view from the veranda was truly breathtaking and relaxing. However, we encountered a few concerns. The caretaker did not provide any instructions regarding our check-out. We tried texting him, but he didn’t respond, so I had to call him to clarify what we needed to do. Additionally, he sold us four pool tickets, explaining that the previous guests couldn’t use them due to the rain and had requested a refund. Since he had already purchased the tickets, we agreed to buy them. However, when I texted him to confirm if we could use them the next day, he didn’t respond. Unfortunately, when the kids went to the pool area, they were informed that the wristbands were no longer valid. As a result, we ended up wasting 600 pesos. While we truly enjoyed our stay, we hope that these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

The place is beautiful, well maintained and smells good, my family enjoy the place so much. Thank you for the warm welcome, and looking forward to visit again. Thank you Jessa. ( super host ).
