My sister and I had a lovely stay at El Tropicale. We were attending a yoga retreat in Lakewood Ranch so the location was perfect. Very spacious and the pool is great! All communication was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the absolute perfect place for our family of 15! We had sufficient sleeping space and enough room to gather for meals and family time together, inside and out. The pool was wonderful! Everything was super clean, well kept, and just what we needed for a relaxing, vacation! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make our own meals and the fact that we actually had TWO fridges was a real plus! :) Also 2 washers and dryers was nice as we all packed light and took advantage of that . A big THANK YOU to the owner and host for sharing this wonderful place with us...and for the beautiful testimonies throughout the house of the love of God! The week with our family there was a blessing and the memories a treasure!

Wonderful place, comfortable and cozy house. Jacuzzi, swimming pool is just wonderful. The house has everything you need for relaxation.

It was a great vacation! Nice, spacious house. The kids were very happy with the pool, and we were happy with the jacuzzi. 😁 Clean, well-kept house. There is everything you need and even more than expected! Oksana is a very friendly and helpful hostess! If we plan a trip to this city, we will be happy to come back! I recommend!

It was good. Pool was not warm, but they tried to fix it. Location is good. 20 min to the beach. Hot water in the house has bad smell. No any other issues. Host is very friendly.

I loved my extended stay at this home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All of the amenities were as described in the listing. Three very large bedrooms all with bathrooms and showers. The back yard was nice and private with a small canal. Even saw a manatee! I felt very safe and secure staying here. The location was central to many restaurants, grocery stores and the Port Charlotte Beach was less than 2 miles away. I dealt mainly with Adrian and he was caring, polite and responsive. I only had a couple of questions and his response time was immediate. I'm a big fan of college basketball's March Madness and the TV and it's apps allowed me to be able to live watch all the games I wanted. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay here again.

I booked this house for 8 guests. We were able to cook multiple meals, grill out, enjoy the fire pit, play card games, and cool off in the pool. Each guest had a decent amount of privacy which was important to us because our group consisted of all young adults. This place accommodated us well and it was a great price. It is a historic home but it is nicely restored. Daniel was great with all communication from the start of the booking process until the check out!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here for a week. Place was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. This place is right outside Downtown Sarasota and only about 15 minutes from Siesta Keys. Lisa was a great host. If ever back in Sarasota we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

Lovely and quiet place, I stayed for 2 nights and it was everything I needed. I loved the neighborhood, the view was incredible. Nearby shops and restaurants were great.

This is a great place to stay! Restaurants and shopping centers are in walkable distance and Denise is an amazing host. Keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

Jesse’s place was worth it for the location. Very walkable around town. Kitchen was stocked and with some starter items. Our stay there was comfortable.

Thank you Hey Vacay! The space was beautiful, fit the needs for our wedding prep, and we all around had an AMAZING experience. The Hey Vacay team was also incredibly accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a beautiful spot in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that's very central and close to downtown. We had an absolutely PERFECT wedding week.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

The main area of the unit was updated, had nice appliances, well-stocked kitchen for cooking basic meals, FAST and NEW washer and dryeR (an anomaly in beach units in my opinion). Super easy walk to the beach and unit has plenty of beach towels, as well as some chairs and an umbrella in good working order. I appreciated that they supplied lots of bath towels so you didn’t haven’t to wash them daily. We will definitely be back!

Room 302. Elevator was still broke from hurricanes, but she told us. Partial ocean view. Laundry room down the hall was a little smelly. The king sized bed was very tall. Not sure my in laws could have made it, but we did. Only found 2 kitchen cloths. Close to bars, across from the ocean. We took trolley to Clearwater Great central location.

Great place to stay! Gracielle and Jeffrey were great hosts and very responsive with answering questions. Super close walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants and food nearby. We enjoyed our time!

Loved this place! PRIME beach location and perfect for our needs. Great and walkable to tons of places and just loved the convenience. Only comment is that if you’re a light sleeper, there is a floor above you - but didn’t bother us! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great beach getaway :)

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!
