place was good ,clean and well prepared for my stay,i was in a quick business trip and wanted a close place to my work place ,welcoming chocolate and fruites was nice from Marian,view at evening is nice ,clean bed sheets and kitchen ,i highly recommend this appartment for your next stay .

Pretty nice place and has everything you need. You get what you pay for. the beds are pretty decent. Bring earplugs, because the street is pretty loud during the night.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund, der Strand ist nur paar Minuten entfernt und sehr schön. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. außerdem ist es sehr Ruhig und man kann richtig Abschalten und gut Entspannen. Die küche könnte ist ein bisschen Verbesserungs würdig aber sonst ein sehr schönes Apartment. sehr empfehlenswert

My stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful!🥰 The place was very clean and comfortable, with a private garden that added a touch of tranquility.😍 The internet was fast, and having Netflix was a great bonus for relaxing evenings.😉 The nearby beach was beautiful, making the experience even more special. Most importantly, the host was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ensured our comfort. Thank you for this amazing experience—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation and a peaceful getaway!

Lovely stay! Cleanliness is my top priority and Abe’s house manager(s) ensured the home was spotless. It has all amenities you could need, the doormen/security are lovely people, and Abe & his house managers are highly responsive and there for anything you need. The area is super walkable, including less than a ten minute walk to the shore, where there are tons of restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc! Dog owners: My dog is trained to only go potty on grass so it was quite difficult for him to comfortably go outside because there’s no grass around. We had to walk for a few mins at a time until he felt comfortable to go. Still a five star rating because my dog was safe & comfortable in the home and this only applies to a select few people :) Huge thanks to Abe and his crew for warmly hosting us!

الشقه نفس الصور ونظيفه جدا جدا جدا يتوافر فيها كل الكماليات وكل تفاصيل الشقه ممتازه وتسد احتياجات الساكن جميع الغرف والصاله تطل على البحر لدرجه انك لاتود الخروج من المكان المنطقه تتوافر فيها جميع الاحتياجات والسوق قريب جدا من الشقه المواصلات جدا سهلا سواء مواصلات او تاكسي فالمواصلات العامه تقف امام اسكن مباشر الاستاذ عمر في قمه الاخلاق والذوق هو بنفسه استقبلنا وكان مرحب في اي استفسار باي وقت ويحل اي مشاكل اواستفسارات بتفس اللحظه لقد قام بتوصلينا مرتين لمحطه القطار في سيدي جابر بكل ترحاب فعلا انصح بالسكن من احلى التجارب لي في السكن شكرا استاذ عمر

Dr Aly is a great host so friendly, polite and professional and his place is amazing with view you never forget and his area is amazing up scale I will definitely return to this wonderful place so I advise you to do.

mega nette Leute ,,,sehr nett und hilfsbereit... hat alles gepasst... Es ist was ganz anderes hier. Wenn Agypten an seiner Sauberkeit im Land was macht dann ist es ein tolles Land mit viele Möglichkeiten,,,interessant und sehenswert. Die Menschen sind einfach toll da können sich Europäer eine Scheibe abschneiden. immer wieder gern ins Land.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and a hot shower. The walk along the sea entertained us each day. The tunnel to cross the street is very close. And the red double decker tour bus took us where we wanted to go each day for only 25 EP one way. The communication was very fast when we needed anything. We were grateful for the time we were able to spend here.
