Sidi Bou Said: soggiorni in alloggi sull'acqua

Sehr schöne Wohnung, der Strand ist nicht weit. Es ist sehr ruhig nachts. Ein paar Straßen weiter ist momentan noch eine riesen Baustelle, die man aber nicht wirklich wahrnimmt. Supermärkte und Restaurants liegen etwas enfernt, aber das wussten wir ja:) Sabrine versorgt einen gut mit Infos. Und Sabrine sorgt sogar dafür, dass in der Wohnung liegengebliebene Kuschelaffen wieder bei ihre Besitzerin landen:)

L'appartement est magnifique, très grand, vue superbe, au calme, très fonctionnel. La parking au sous sol est un plus. Je reviendrai sans hésiter

Hanane est une hôte très accueillante, le logement était très propre, fidèle aux photos, bien placé et très bien équipé. L’appartement est à 12 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement ce logement aux voyageurs souhaitant découvrir Tunis. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

I enjoyed my stay and planning to go back

Dommage de n’avoir échangé que par message. Nous avons regretté l’absence de bouilloire électrique et de torchons. Nous l’avons signalé mais sans succès. Il manque au moins une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser ses affaires . Sinon c’était très bien

I had a great time at this amazing one-bedroom villa; it was even better than I expected! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the cosy and gentle vibe. The inside was nicely designed with modern furniture and special details that gave it a comfortable, homely vibe. The living space was roomy and cosy, just right for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What a lovely bedroom! It's snug and elegant, with a comfy bed perfect for a good night's rest. On top of everything, the villa was spotlessly clean, making my stay even more relaxing. The views from the living room were exceptional! Plus, the host's attention to detail and the extras provided really took the experience up a notch! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a storm, from pots and pans to tools and gadgets. Plus, the villa included high-speed internet, which is great for keeping in touch and having fun while you're not out and about. My time in this villa was very outstanding!

Ende April 2025 habe ich mit meiner Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Es gibt neben dem Balkon 2 Terrassen und im Eingangsbereich des Innenhofs ein Waschbecken, wo man Sand von den Füßen abspülen kann. Youssef ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der schnell auf „Schwierigkeiten“ ( wir hatten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine) reagiert und Lösungen findet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft. This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

L’appartement est magnifique et la terrasse permet de profiter pleinement du beau temps dans un cadre paisible. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet airbnb, d’autant plus que les hôtes ont été très réactifs et nous ont toujours aidé. Merci !!

nous avons passe un superbe séjour dans ce bas de villa avec jardin les pieds dans l’eau ! un quartier résidentiel magnifique et paisible à la marsa. la maison est très spacieuse et bien décorée. tout était parfaitement propre. recommandé à 100% !

The place is located in a really nice area. The house is clean and pretty. The hosts are friendly and super responsive. When we needed them they came super fast and took care of our needs and brought a tiny gift in the process. Anyone visiting Marsa and grand Tunis should definitely consider staying here. Highly recommended!

Séjour parfait ! J’ai passé deux jours dans cet Airbnb et tout s’est très bien déroulé. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et conforme à l’annonce. Wided, la propriétaire, a été très professionnelle et réactive, rendant l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Nous avons été très ravis de notre séjour chez Foued. L’environnement propre paisible, ainsi que la vue qui nous offrait de très beaux levers de soleil.

schöne wohnung an guter lage. die wohung ist noch schöner als auf den fotos. gute kommunikation und einfacher check in. danke, mein mann und ich buchen gerne wieder.
