Best place in Tunis! You are super close to the airport and can grab a taxi at a fair price. The Wi-Fi is super fast, and the shower/bath has great hot water. The elevators can be aggressive, which can close on you if you are not quick enough. Nonetheless, the unit was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen. Samira and the team were very attentive, with strong communication. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. I would recommend it to friends and family. 10/10.

overall experience 10 stars I had a wonderful stay at Sami and Imen’s property. From the very beginning, Sami was incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with anything I needed. He went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were resolved quickly and with genuine care. The property itself is in a great location — very central and close to everything you might need and near to Monopix which is a very large Hypermarket making it both convenient and comfortable. What truly stood out for me was Sami’s kindness and dedication. It was a real pleasure getting to know someone like him. I highly recommend staying at his place and dealing with him. it was a a fantastic experience.

Great location and just as described. Beautifully furnished. I recommend meeting the host of possible. I did not, and it was a little difficult to find, but not impossible. Check ininstructions were clear. Be aware that the unit is on the 4th floor, which provided for nice views. Having the rooftop terrace one flight up was very nice. Mohammed was very responsive. The only downside is something banged loudly when it got windy. But I would stay there again without hesitation.

Raouf est un hôte réactif. L'appartement est parfait pour un accès simple et à pied en 5-10 mn à la plage de la Marsa, sur la route pour Gammarth, et sur la route pour rejoindre Tunis.

Le logement est conforme à la description, situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il a une cuisine séparée du salon, salle à manger, 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 2 ou 3 personnes. TV avec les chaînes du monde entier pour ceux qui regardent la télé en voyage. Situé dans une résidence calme à proximité du consulat du Maroc donc à 10 minutes de l' aéroport et à 15 minutes max de la médina en voiture. A proximité aussi de nombreux restaurants dont l excellent "Chez Yassine". On est arrivé tard à cause des retards de Tunisair et les parents de Ahmed étaient là pour nous accueillir. Merci. Bref on recommande sans soucis.

Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Die Unterkunft von Martine ist einfach super! Martine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - sehr offen und sehr hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich wie daheim. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr groß und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten: elektrische Fensterheber, sehr gute Matratzen von hart bis weich, Kaffeemaschine, viele Steckdosen und Föhn, sehr viele Handtücher, viele Sitzgelegenheiten etc. Am schönsten ist die Galerie oben und die Einrichtung. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man kann für 2-3 Euro an den Strand von la Marsa fahren und dort gibt es ganz viele Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder gerne wohnen!

The place is located in a really nice area. The house is clean and pretty. The hosts are friendly and super responsive. When we needed them they came super fast and took care of our needs and brought a tiny gift in the process. Anyone visiting Marsa and grand Tunis should definitely consider staying here. Highly recommended!

J’ai passé un mois et demi dans ce logement avec mon mari et notre fils, et tout s’est très bien passé. L’endroit est propre, lumineux et situé dans un quartier calme et agréable. La maison, toute blanche, est joliment aménagée avec deux belles chambres aux couleurs douces et apaisantes. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour vivre confortablement en famille. Un grand merci à Monsieur Nourddine pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et toutes ses petites attentions durant notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement !

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, dans une maison idéalement située pour découvrir Sidi Bou Saïd. La vue est magnifique, apaisante et inoubliable. Tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs, avec de nombreuses petites attentions à disposition. Un vrai plaisir d’y séjourner !

I had a great stay at Habiba's. The place was super clean and comfortable, and it was great having a washing machine available. The only issue (and this is outside of Habiba's control!) is that there are smokers in the building and the flat can smell quite strongly of smoke at times. If you're sensitive to smoke, you'll probably be better off in a hotel.

This place is immaculate. It's clean, tidy and well equipped/furnished. It's a new and high standard build. Felt right at home from the start. Underground reserved parking is practical. Internet is ok. Clean linens and towels. Building is clean. Host is friendly and accomodating. Fancy neighborhood, walking distance from all amenities.
