The accommodation is beautifully presented with exquisite attention to detail and high quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings. There is direct access from the private drive parking area to the Annex.

We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

Situated 1.1 miles from the seafront of Sidmouth, the town is a 15 minute walk away through The Byes Park. A bus stop is a short stroll away and provides links to the town centre and other parts of East Devon including Honiton, Seton and Exeter. Swift Lee is a perfect place to relax with your friends and family and explore East Devon's coast, countryside and attractions.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Come and explore the outstanding countryside and Jurassic coastline or visit the many local towns-Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis or venture into Exeter for something to eat or drink. Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.

NEW Stunning Estate Lodge, Jurassic Coast, slps 6

This stunning former gamekeeper's lodge nestles at the north entrance to the Sidbury Estate, positioned strategically to overlook the rolling splendour of the gardens, grounds and valley below. Constructed of Ham Hill stone and red brick, this modest lodge was designed by Walter Cave and constructed by his father with the intention of housing the estate gamekeepers.
