Newly built, secluded 2 bedroom, 2 bath lakehouse on multiple wooded acres nestled between Kennekuk County Park & Kickapoo State Park. Sleeps six (2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds plus pull-out couch). Access Kickapoo mountain bike trails from the property. Spend your time in complete privacy, swimming or paddling kayaks & canoes down the mile-long Crooked Lake, playing on the private dock and dockside Lillypad (floating water mat), relaxing in the hottub, or making s’mores around the firepit.

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

If you enjoy unique spaces & love animals, this is the apartment for you. Stay in the most unique "barn" you'll find. This loft apartment includes a full bath & is shared with 20+ goats & other farm animals. You're sure to have a memorable stay. There is a small pond on the property & ample free parking. If you time your stay right you could join in goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

West Urbana state street guest suite

Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.

Salt Fork River Bungalow

Completely remodeled CLEAN rustic-minimalist home in a safe rural setting. Less than 20 minutes from Champaign-Urbana, home of the U of I, and only 3 minutes to the famous Sidney Dairy Barn. This 2 bedroom - 1 bath - Industrial style apartment can sleep up to 4 guests and is a short 5 minute drive to both downtown Champaign and University of Illinois making it an ideal location for your next visit to Champaign. The Edge is an 1st floor suite in a 100 year old Victorian-style home that has been converted into a duplex. This downstairs apartment features a spacious and open kitchen area, as well as a king bedroom suite, 55” smart TV, and Murphy beds.

Quiet little cottage is situated in the back of our large peaceful property. We are located outside of city limits with our cottage being bordered on one side by dense woods and several large oak trees shading the entire area. This cottage has it's own private driveway with easy one level access. It's common to have deer grazing in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. A great place to relax.
