The room was clean & comfortable in an apartment in a quiet & safe area. Host was helpful and friendly. Would recommend, especially for the price paid.

Приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи, отвечает очень быстро. Удобное расположение жилья - в паре минут ходьбы от центральной улицы, но при этом тишина и спокойствие. Квартира очень чистая, есть все необходимое.

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, schön geräumig und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und immer gut erreichbar gewesen. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir vor Check-in Uhrzeit die Villa betreten dürfen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt und das alles so kurzfristig geklappt hat

Öncelikle konakladığım yerlerde benim için ev sahibinin ilgisi ve desteği çok önemli. En ufak bir sorunda kendilerine 7/24 ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Gerçekten inanılmaz sıcak kanlı bir çift,tatil için konaklayan herkes geri dönüşte bu aileden ayrıldığı için içi buruk bir şekilde ayrılabilirler. Evle ilgili söylenebilecek çok şey var. Öncelikle tertemiz. Tek bir kusuru yok. Mobilyalar yerleşim düzeni… her şey elinizin altında hiçbir şeyi ekstra bir zahmette bulunup aramıyorsunuz çünkü kendi evinizde düzen nasılsa aynı şekilde rahatlıkla konaklayabilirsiniz. Ev sahibinin çok çok güzel ikramları vardı zaten siz giriş yapmadan onlar her şeyi düşünmüş oluyorlar. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. 2. Eviniz olacağından şüphem yok. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Artık tatil adresimiz belli. ❤️❤️❤️

Ramazan Bey güler yüzlü, ilgili ve sorunları çözmeye odaklı bir insan. Seyahatimizden genel olarak memnun kaldık. Evin konumu denize rahat bir yürüyüş yolundan oldukça yakın mesafede. Sitenin bulunduğu yer için plajda ayrılmış güneşlikli bir alan var. Şezlong bulunmuyor, biz katlanır rejisör sandalyemizi getirmiştik, bizim için problem olmadı. Duş spirali yırtılmıştı, Ramazan Bey hemen ilgilenip yenisini ulaştırdı. Sıcak su güneş enerjili, duşta tazyiki hep azdı. Ev, Migros ve birçok lokal markete yakın mesafede, ihtiyaçlarınızı kolayca temin edebilirsiniz. Sahil ve kum oldukça güzel, bu tarafı özellikle çocuklar için tercih etmiştik. Bu sene denizde birkaç gün oldukça fazla plastik kirliliği gördük, bir süre sonra azaldı ve kayboldu. Umarım deniz hep güzel kalır.

Loved our stay, fantastic location within the walled city. Restaurant and shops are steps away and yet quiet and peaceful at night. The garden in the back of the property is a special place. Very kind and hospitable, breakfast was fantastic as well with fresh baked goods and freeze squeezed orange juice. Would stay again. Cheers

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft. Es war alles wie beschrieben und sauber. Hatten sogar die Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wechseln da wir spontan zu dritt waren.

Harika bir daire. Tertemiz, düzenli ferah bir evde ve gayet güzel sakin bir muhitte kendi evimde hissederek kaldım. Altuğ Bey detaylı ve kolay anlaşılır bilgiler vererek girişin çok kolay olmasını sağladı. Yerel restoranlar ve gidilecek yerler ile ilgili bilgiler iletti. Dost canlısı ve sıcak iletişim için teşekkür ediyorum. Bir dahaki sefer geldiğimde yine burada kalırım.

Murat Bey çok ilgili ve öngörülüydü. Evler eski evler olmasına rağmen gayet temiz ve bakımlılar. Deterjanlar dahi düşünülmüş, bütün ihtiyaçlarımız mevcuttu. 2 haftalık konaklamamız süresince evimizde gibi hissettik. Her sorumuzda çok hızlı ve çözüm odaklı dönüşler oldu. Mutlaka tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz. 👍🏻🫶🏻

Идеальное месторасположение в калечи. Идеальная ванная, и отличный ремонт. По выходным может быть шумно, но не сильно. На первом этаже влажно в доме, но если открыть окна, то будет идеально.

Хозяин очень отзывчивый человек. Без проблемный и уступчивый, позволил заселиться раньше времени чекин. Отличная семейная квартира, тихо и спокойно, без беспокойства со стороны соседей и отдыхающих туристов.Ощущение домашнего уюта. Не ультра современно- но при этом очень комфортно. Удобные качественные кровати, и есть всё необходимое для домашнего уюта. Вблизи старый рынок, детские площадки, если с детьми. Однозначно рекомендую! Обязательно вернёмся при случае

This apartment was the perfect find for our family vacation! Nestled in a quiet area yet just a short walk from the old city and a lovely park, the location couldn't be better. We loved being within walking distance to numerous restaurants and public transport options, making exploration easy. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations - spotlessly clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious for our family of four. All kitchen appliances worked flawlessly, and the smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services was a lifesaver for our child after long days of sightseeing. I'd highly recommend this place for families with kids - it has everything you need for a comfortable stay while being perfectly positioned for exploring the city. Berat was exceptionally proactive and responsive, making our stay completely stress-free :-)

Very lovely 2+1 apartment in a green, quiet place, just 5 minuts slow walk from the beach, surrounded by nice cafes, pubs and restaurants for any budget. Satellite TV, fast internet, everything you'd need for comfortable stay, balcony into a green garden. Very nice and very helpful host Osman was always there to help with any questions. I would strongly recommend this place both for solo travellers and families wishing to spend nice holidays at a sea.
