Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Peaceful Getaway

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 minutes to Walmart. In between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both cities one hour away. Great to visit them & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. There is WI-FI and Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Guests can remain completely secluded or visit!

The home includes two bedrooms as well as a sectional with recliners in the living room. Relax outside while watching the sunrise or set under the covered porch. Your stay will be one to remember!

Larto Lake Home with a view

We have a Lake house on beautiful Larto Lake right next to the property of Honey Brake Lodge, a famous hunting lodge (Outdoor TV show "Honey Brake Experience"). It's a raised house (due to flood zone) with three bedrooms, two full baths, living area and nice kitchen with laundry room and pantry. There is a full front porch with two swings and access to large boat dock which you can fish from. There is a outside stairway entrance in the back and front. This is a great get-a-way place.

Step back in time and sit on the porch swing with a cup of coffee, or relax in the claw-foot tub for bath or shower. Early 1900's construction, renovated to add water and electricity. Reclaimed barn wood forms interior walls/ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen so you can bring food and stay in. Convenience of owners on-site but separate house with full privacy of the forest.

This Southern-style home is a short walk to downtown on the trail along the Bluff. Sitting on the covered front porch, you can enjoy the park-like setting. Inside, are high ceilings and spacious, open living areas. There is Tupelo Cottage behind the home, connected by a breezeway which is available also. Each place has separate entrances, porches and driveways. My place is good for couples, families and business travelers.
