La Mer is a quaint hillside bungalow, located between the Arabian Sea and the Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, in Kashid. The open garden and natural surroundings make it a great place for bird watching (hornbills, paradise fly catchers...). The property is also occasionally visited by wild animals such as Malabar flying squirrels, monkeys and peacocks. Kashid beach is a short 10 minute walk away, making La Mer a unique villa, offering the joys of a beach holiday and a homestay in the lap of nature.

House area 480 sq. ft. Total plot area 10,000 sq. ft. House is a 2 ROOM SUITE - AC BedRoom, NonAC Living room, joined together, No door between two rooms. Western Toilet and bathroom (with geyser - 24 hours hot water available) attached to living room. Bathroom, W/C and wash basin all three are seperate and inside the house. Extra toilet in front yard(24 hr water) Surrounded by coconut, mango, beetle nut, banana, guava, jam trees Well at the back of the house. A true konkan house.

The space is most comfortable for 4 guests due to a single bathroom, but we can accommodate up to 6 adults. While we don’t offer food or silverware, our neighbours prepare tasty Konkani vegetarian and non-veg meals, which will be served in our backyard.

Our lovely little cottage is the perfect, relaxed, holiday getaway... With 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, and a divan bed in the living room, it is wonderful for a family with kids. It is only a 10 min. walk from the stunning Kashid beach, but you may find that you will actually spend more time just relaxing in the back garden or enjoying a good game of badminton :-). The wifi is around 50 mbps it works most of the time but we cannot guarantee it
