We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

This was the second time I’ve stayed in one of Peter and Doreen’s properties. They are always such wonderful hosts and are very accommodating. We visited Pentrenant Hall as a group of 19; 5 families with children ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. The venue was perfect for us; the kids loved the bunk rooms and the huge dining room. The grounds are well cared for and provided an exciting and safe place for our children to explore. They particularly enjoyed toasting marshmallows by the fire pit outside! The adults managed to take advantage of the hot tub a couple of times too which was a lovely treat! And a few competitive games of table football in the games room. Overall a fantastic stay - we are already making plans to return next year!

Spacious and comfortable house for our family of 6 during a rainy February half term. The main reason to rent this place was the pool and sauna which didn’t disappoint and was great for our kids. There is a builder’s merchant right next door to the house which isn’t obvious from the photos but was not a particular problem with respect to noise etc. Lots of great walks nearby - which we will have to rediscover in the future in better weather! Thanks to Phoebe and the owners for making us feel welcome and for being available and responsive to our questions.

Picked the Lodge for a Bank Holiday break with friends and it didn’t disappoint. We were warmly welcomed by Mel who gave us some great local recommendations. House was clean and had all the required amenities. Having the pool for the morning was great fun. Would recommend Small breeds centre if you have young children and Hay on Wye for a wander round

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! Take care x

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children), and had a lovely time. The location was peaceful and perfect for a short break. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The kids had plenty of space to play and relax. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a quiet, convenient base in the area.Communication with the host was smooth and everything went as expected. We'd happily stay again!

Amazing stay at the Chapel.. house was lovely and perfect for our little family staycation. Clean and everything you needed - perfect find. The pool was an added bonus… the kids did not want to go anywhere…. Thank you and will be back for sure!!

We celebrated a 90th and 58th birthday and a baby announcement so it was a perfect place for a family group of 10. The house was beautiful and met all our expectations and more. Everything we needed was there we only had to take food. The house was in peaceful surroundings with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the basement games room. The swimming pool was not available but looked as though it would be a great on a hot summers day. The cats were very friendly and cute but we had to keep them out of the house so difficult if the weather is hot and you want doors and windows open. All in all it is a beautiful, very large house in peaceful surroundings. Thank you, we loved it.

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

It was a nice experience to stay at this 2bed apartment, if I ever needed a place to stay for a few days I will still pay for this two bed apartment.

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

Perfect for a couple and so nice she lets a pet stay. Really convenient for venues in south Birmingham and to motorways. Lovely courtyard garden. It was hot but bedroom fan worked well despite having to keep windows closed due to traffic noise. Great value too. Just a couple of silly things - pot lids? Perhaps it was me but couldn’t fine. And please … a cafeteire (pretty essential)! A great base for a week of physio and local hospital. Made it all so much easier :-)

Terence and his wife were absolute lifesavers when we got let down by our original accommodation and managed to check us in within the hour from the initial inquiry. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and/or stay again!

The host was great and provided all the information we needed in a timely fashion. They were very responsive to our messages. I requested that the Kingsize beds be split into singles and everything was done perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and there were fresh towels for us on every bed. The amenities were perfect for us as a large family and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Absolutely brilliant and so much better than having to use several hotel rooms.

This house is amazing. We were blown away by the stunning views the moment we arrived, it was even better than the pictures we’d seen online. The house was perfect for our group of 9 ladies celebrating a 40th birthday, plenty of space in the house and lots of space outside with multiple seating areas to enjoy the view of the lake. Richard and Sophie were so helpful and friendly with plenty of tips on things to do in the surrounding area. Richard made us feel very welcome and helped with a booking at the local pub. The separate bar was fantastic, amazing to have our own private pub! The hot tub area was fab with a sunset view in the evening. 5 bedrooms and 3 en-suites were all lovely, one small issue was there was no separate bathroom which we knew from the description but we all managed fine, there is also a separate wc. The kitchen and utility had everything we needed. The living space was so unique with quirky chairs and decor and fab lighting in the evening. We loved it, Thankyou!

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.

A great stay for a few nights. The barn is gorgeous and the open living space upstairs is perfect for large groups. Surrounded by beautiful countryside.
