It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

The apartment itself is a walkout basement with a front entrance and large windows overlooking the farm and field across the road. This apartment offers all the comforts of home with two bedrooms, a pullout sofa bed, large kitchen, living room and bathroom. This retreat provides a chance to unplug and do things together.

Its located 1.2 miles from downtown Shipshewana and about 1 mile from the famous Pumpkin Vine bike/walking Trail! With a 3 bed 1 bath bring your friends and family along to make memories! Equipped with AC, Heat, 65" TV, Wifi, Washer/Dryer, and a kitchenette with an electric stovetop, microwave and sink! No smoking!

You will be welcomed with our exceptionally clean and cozy 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom duplex/apartment and a fully furnished kitchen. There is a beautiful back yard just out the back door where you can relax in your private hot tub. There is Wi-Fi available for our guest. The cozy living room has comfortable sectional couch and an easy chair. If your are competitive we have a ping pong table in the basement for you to use. There is no TV but you are welcomed to bring your own if you wish.
