From Spindrift you can stroll to the beach, launch boats from the sand and take cliff walks.

Although isolated, This cottage is cosy and the perfect place to explore this beautiful Island, full of nature at its best with thirty miles of beaches,caves,cliffs,seals,birds and otters and if you are really lucky you may see the Orca pass by in the sound of Papa from the cottage.

Really get away from it all in this unique secluded bothy tucked away on the west coast of the Whiteness peninsula on the shore of the beautiful Stromness Voe. Take a 5-10min stroll over the hill and down to the bothy nestled among reeds on the shore to feel a thousand miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 4 persons with power supplied via 240V battery power pack. Drinking water will be supplied and shower/sink supply will be topped up as required.

Birds of interest spotted in Cameron Cottage garden: Spotted flycatcher, pied flycatcher, redstart, yellow-browed warbler, barred warbler, water rail, snow bunting and tree sparrow.
