Beautiful log wood cottage with a cathedral roof and a wood stove, located right on the shores of Lac Desmarais in Estrie. The dock is the ideal spot for relaxing. The private lake is a protected area (no gas-powered motors allowed) and is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. A paddle board, canoe and kayak will be at your disposal. Ce chalet rural a été entièrement rénové a l'intérieur pour un séjour confortable et chaleureux en campagne (l'extérieur a encore besoin d'un peu d'amour, ce sera pour l'an prochain!). Situé en plein coeur des Cantons de l'est, juste à l'extérieur de la ville de Lac Brome (Knowlton). La propriété dispose d'un superbe lac privé avec quai, kayaks, paddleboard et un radeau/ilôt flottant au milieu. Des sentiers entourent le lac, idéal pour ski de fond, raquette, hiking.
