Fully equipped kitchen with d/w. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and queen beds. Bedroom 1 has a 50''smart TV. 75"tv in the living area and RC A/C, free wifi. There is an outdoor smoking area. The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door.

Shellharbour village is only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive with has great restaurants and stores.
