Dream View was a dream!! Our five year old had an absolute blast playing with all of the toys and exploring the grounds. The house was perfect, so many spots for sitting and enjoying a book or just to listen to the wind in the trees. It was a peaceful, lovely stay and would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed staying in Kristiane’s Airbnb. The living area had a very “cool vibe” to it and she was helpful and prompt about answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Excellent value in Washington, VA. Clean, nice, and close to the Inn. Highly recommend.

This was a great stay for my wife, dog, and I. Jacqueline was an excellent communicator and answered the couple questions we had instantly. The place is very cozy and welcoming. The views didn’t prevent the unfortunately rainy weather from ruining a perfect weekend! Would definitely come back!

We were a large group of 7 adults and 1 child, and this was the perfect Airbnb for us! Another part of our group was staying with their RV at the KOA so the location was fantastic since we could very easily walk between the Airbnb and RV. It was also great to enjoy the KOA activities and spaces. You could even walk to the national park if you enjoy walking! The house is very spacious, and it was a great space for hanging out whether in the the dining room, living room, or outside. The Airbnb was very well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have a large group or part of you group is staying at KOA.

We loved Claudine’s home. We live in an old home ourselves and know that old homes are such a labor of love and it’s obvious Claudine takes great pride in her home. Claudine was an excellent host, she also provided us with updates as a big storm was coming in. The home was very close to the historical district, and Shepherd University. There was a lot of space for our family to spread out in. We will definitely be back. Thank you Claudine!

This is a great, spacious, clean house with all amenities. It is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown. It was wonderful for our family and we appreciated the toddler pack and play, booster chair, and safety measures. The host was incredibly responsive when we needed to change our travel plans. Wonderful!

We used to stay in a place not too far from here in PA. It slowly lost its charm, so we ventured out. So glad we did! Excellent hosts! The details they paid attention to did not go unnoticed. A wonderful welcome basket, immaculate home, and plenty of extras. We will be back!

What a beautiful apartment right in the center of Shepherdstown. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is fully-equipped and we had all of the space that we needed for a family of four. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I had a great stay at Jen's place in Frederick, MD. The check-in instructions were simple and clear, making everything super easy from the start. The unit is well equipped with everything you might need—even umbrellas for those soggy days, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect—within walking distance to tons of shops, cafés, and restaurants, and just a short drive to beautiful trails and state parks for a great nature escape. Jen was very responsive and accommodating with any and all requests. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gail and Sam's apartment on the 2nd floor of their home was very conveniently located! The Historic District was within easy walking distance and there was ample parking at the AirBNB. Gail did a great job explaining the check-in/check-out process via her email. Check-out was even easier as we didn't have a long list of "to-do's" on departure. We certainly enjoyed seeing some of the sites in Winchester and the surrounding area and we would stay at this AirBNB again. Thank you, Gail and Sam!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was as nice as the pictures showed. Roomy yet cozy, and comfortable. Bedrooms on opposite sides so that two couples can share the place. Good location only a short walk to downtown. Two parking spots not far from the entrance. Well-lit neighborhood and home, felt very safe.

Beautifully decorated space. You can tell the host(s) (Smirna) takes pride in decorating and making sure their guests are comfortable. Full kitchen with cooking tools, NICE bathroom with seat, COMFY bedroom. My friends and I came to this place for a birthday weekend getaway. Super affordable for what we wanted. Awesome location if you’re looking for things to do in the DMV area- we went to King Spa. Only minor recommendation is to make it clear that the space is above a family home, a little awkward checking in - we almost went through the front door not the side , not realizing the guest space was above a house. We tried to mind the noise and being in and out as we had a packed weekend of events. Overall however, very nice spot for 2-4 guests. I would highly recommend for a weekend end getaway for an intimate, quiet group.

The location was great: quiet neighborhood and easy 20-minute walk to Metro. Tyson's Corner, Wolf Trap and downtown Vienna were all close by.

Everything was perfect! The instructions were clear and Jason was very responsive. The location is perfect and in walking distance from many local restaurants and parks!

We had another great stay at Debbie’s place to break up our road trip to visit family. As always the apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It’s located right off of i81 making it extremely convenient to get to. We also appreciate how dog friendly it is. Debbie is extremely responsive and we always look forward to stopping in Woodstock!

Fantastic stay. Place was immaculate and William has thought of absolutely everything. Plenty of coffee, bottled water, wine, plenty of towels, soap etc. His place is laid out well too. Walking distance to town. Amenities were plenty. We loved this apt and hope to be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed William.

I absolutely loved this listing! The location was perfect and in the heart of downtown Frederick. We were walking distance or a short drive from restaurants and shops. The listing was clean, clutter free, and really nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this listing, and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

This is an amazing apartment - very stylish and well-furnished, clean as a whistle and in a great location. Will definitely stay here again. Josh was super-nice and easy to communicate with.

Exactly as pictured and described. Very walkable to canal and to downtown shops, coffee, restaurants, breweries. The lock can be a little ‘moody’, but Anne was very responsive on how to make it work efficiently. She was also very upfront about the downstairs bar establishment and the noise until about midnight, at which point it definitely shut down. We were in town for a wedding and weren’t really trying to go to bed until about that time, so wasn’t an issue at all for us. Some of us went down and enjoyed a drink at the bar prior to going to bed, which was super convenient. Anne was an excellent host and incredibly responsive.

Ryan was an amazing host. He was extremely accommodating and responsive to all our messages with minutes. The unit is conveniently located to the main area of Frederick with many restaurants, cafes and fun shops within walking distance. It was our second time staying at this Airbnb and we will definitely be back!

That's a really neat apartment, Actually me and my girl. We both brought up that we both could easily live in this apartment. It just had a really good vibe. If a bathroom it could be a RockStar, then this bathroom is Mick Jagger!!!! . Glass door walk and shower two shower heads.. With plenty of room for both so . The only problems I had it was, I couldn't get the Tv too. Do you make any type of connection with any link. And the air conditioner in the second bedroom with the electric bed was put into lock mode. .. , when I first arrived to the apartment, it was warm enough to break a sweat. There was also a ceiling fan that were just fine. I wasn't a big fan of that room. Anyways, so it wasn't a big deal. And the rest of the air conditioners and the apartment worked perfectly.

I've stayed in a few different places in Occoquan, which I adore!! This one is by far my favorite for the location and it really is a great value!!
