A charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom stone cottage attached to a Grade II listed manor house in the picturesque conservation village of Wicken, Northamptonshire. Gated access and secure parking. The cottage is attached to a family home with over four acres of fields & garden. Chickens, cats and a family dog roam freely, often with sheep in the field. There are footpaths directly from the property into the surrounding countryside. The village also boasts a dog friendly pub which serves good food.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

2 Bedroom cottage. Situated at the end of a long private driveway, on a small farm with horses, chickens & dogs. Direct access to farm land and excellent footpath & bridleway network close by. The accommodation is privately situated with beautiful countryside views. Bring your own dog or horses, stables, grazing, arena and horse walker available. Private garden. You may even get a visit from neighbouring deer. Dog walking service available. 1 dog permitted, more maybe considered.

During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

The Old Cattle Barn

Nestled on the edge of Silverstone village, our converted cattle barn is a perfect space to relax and unwind. The Grade 2 former Farm dates back to 1659, and boasts views looking over countryside.
