Less than 10 minutes walk to beautiful Freshwater Bay beach and Tennyson Down walks. 10 minutes by car to the pretty Harbourside town of Yarmouth, the Needles & Totland, Colwell & Compton beaches. Tescos supermarket, local fishmonger, butcher & baker just 5 minutes drive away or all walkable.

The Old Brewery, Lower Calbourne Mill

Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

The Little House- between the forest and the sea

'The Little House' is a newly converted detached garage situated just outside the convenient small town of New Milton, whilst being in easy reach of Barton on Sea and many other beautiful surrounding beaches. It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.
