Si tratta di una tranquilla villa di un piano con un sacco di finestre luminose e panoramiche nel centro del villaggio di Siviglia, Burguillos, a soli 25 minuti di auto dalla splendida capitale andalusa. Offre un ampio giardino verde, ricoperto di erba naturale, con una bella piscina privata, lontano dagli sguardi indiscreti dei vicini, con alberi da frutta e un orto ecologico. È una scelta perfetta per una bella vacanza all'insegna del riposo e del relax dopo lunghe passeggiate. E 'una confortevole villa a un piano con un sacco di finestre luminose e panoramiche. Ha tre camere da letto. Offre una veranda e un ampio giardino verde, ricoperto di erba naturale, con una bella piscina privata, lontano dagli occhi dei vicini di casa, per rinfrescarsi nelle calde giornate estive, con alberi da frutta (uva, arance, prugne o pere saranno disponibili per voi) e un orto ecologico, sedie a sdraio, barbecue, tavoli e sedie per gustare i pasti all'aperto. La villa è completamente arredata e ben attrezzata. Ha un ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Il soggiorno comprende una TV a grande schermo e canali internazionali e la connessione Wi-Fi è gratuita in tutta la struttura. La villa viene affittata completa. Dò indipendenza ai miei ospiti, ma sono disponibile se hanno bisogno di me. La villa si trova nel cuore del villaggio con tutti i comfort. Burguillos ha circa 6.000 abitanti e, quindi, ha tutti i servizi a sua disposizione, tra cui molti bar e ristoranti che possono essere raggiunti dalla casa, che si trova proprio nel centro del paese. Gli autobus sono disponibili ogni giorno nella capitale.

Typical Andalusian mountain country house that has recently been renovated. Isolated, but only 1km from the village, at its feet runs the greenway, an old railway line that links the three mountain ranges (Sevilla Sur, Grazalema and Ronda) and that has been recovered for active tourism. In the old station, just a few metres from the farm, you can enjoy the local cuisine, after a fresh morning discovering the trails of the valley.
