Beautiful cabin 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Location is great. Beautiful scenery and the privacy was welcome. The campfire was especially enjoyed by our group. One note I’ll add is that the driveway and entry road are steep and narrow, so take precaution if the weather calls for snow/ice.

after a 13.5 hour drive from Ontario to Sevierville, this was a welcome place to relax from the moment we pulled in, to coming home after a days of activities. It was clean, the waterbed was a great flashback to my childhood, and the deck was stunning, peaceful, and I loved sitting and listening to the forest. Thanks so much!

The place was amazing & as shown in the pictures, the hosts were proactive with local recommendations but we were so busy I just got a chance to read what they wrote lol. We didn’t have any issues, great place to stay!

Wow, what a great cabin & the hosts were a class act! They provided an incredible cabin for families to gather together & feel right at home. The cleanliness, simple furniture was delightful. The grill, pool and hot tub were exactly what our families that stayed at the location were looking for. The beds were super comfortable, the access to get to the location was spot on with directions given or by using GPS. It was less than 20 min ro get to Gatlinburg & the grocery store was within a 12 min drive. The views were breathtaking & the highlight was exiting the cabin & a bear was 8 feet from me.....super highlight for the family & kids! Thank you so much for a having a great cabin & looking forward to visiting again.

This place was amazing ! An unforgettable stay for sure!! The only issue is we had a hard time getting in the Airbnb because of the smart lock but Samuel was very proactive and response each time we had issues with the lock. So I just recommend that gets resolve, other than that the stay was worth every penny! Highly recommend!!!

We were looking for a spacious, affordable, decent option to stay close to the parkway, and boy did we find it! The apartment far exceeded our expectations. First—this must be a new construction because it was so clean and damage free both inside and out. Did I mention how clean it was? Second—it was plenty spacious for our two families. The bunk room and nice-sized bathrooms were very accommodating for our group. The large kitchen and living/dining area provided us with great space for hanging out. Third—we were just a block or so off the parkway so everything was a short drive away. The nice fire pit area in the back provided a quaint, relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long travel day. The bonus was that the cost per night was comparable to a nice hotel room and we’d need two hotel rooms to accommodate group. The host was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

A friend recommended and we are glad we choose this condo. Great location with quick access to all the attractions including Tanger Outlet Mall and Dollywood. Enjoyable stay. The pictures exactly matched the accommodations. Easy access for loading/unloading with no stairs. Very clean and comfortable. Well-equipped Kitchen. Kids loved the bridge/creek in the backyard and the pool/splash pad that was close across the driveway parking area. Worked well for our family with young kids. A little noisy at night as with young kids we go to sleep early, but activating sleep sounds on phones resolved this issue. Hostess is very responsive. Plan to stay again when we are in the area. Definitely recommended.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Just finished our 3 night stay. Absolutely loved the place! All around beautiful. Based off other reviews: we didn’t have any issues with the bed being uncomfortable, there were plenty of towels/dish soap/etc., also didn’t have an issue with thin walls. Only thing I would note that we haven’t seen in the reviews is the drive. If you’re not familiar with mountain type roads it can be intimidating/uncomfortable, but nothing to serious. Just take the roads slow and make sure you have it plugged in maps because you may miss a turn or two in the dark (guilty😅). It was about a 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about a 25 min drive to Smokey’s depending on Gatlinburg traffic and hike location. Which we appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

This condo was an absolute DREAM. It started with excellent communication ahead of the reservation and then on the day of check in we were advised the condo was ready 2 hours early and we were invited to check in - amazing! The condo itself was spectacular. Everything was gorgeous and up to date. It was immaculately clean and it was exactly as pictured in the listing -- only SO MUCH CUTER. There was tons of room in the master suite, lots of comfy seating, extra large patio and an amazing view of the little river. It is absolute PERFECTION. There were only a few quirks that I will point out - one is that being on a river there are a billion ducks and geese. Now, I loved it because I love animals -- BUT they are L.O.U.D. So if you are not a good sleeper you may want to go elsewhere. I thought it was charming so it didn't bother me. The other quirk is the handle on the front door has to be lifted UP not down as normally expected so that was a little tricky at first but not a big deal.

We couldn’t have loved this place anymore. It was very comfortable, a great location (especially if you’re like us and like to be close to town but have easy access to backroads to get around), and everything provided in the kitchen was wonderful. From day 1, we decided we would be back. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful condo about 3/4 mile up the hill from Parkway. Easy access to Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Pigeon Forge. Very clean and just as advertised.
