Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.

Clean and quiet home/duplex with a front porch to enjoy morning tea/coffee or evening cocktails. Huge empty park across the street to keep things still. Very quiet neighbors. Owners are onsite and live in the back house for any issues or questions. PLEASE NOTE: We require a 2-night minimum stay on weekends.
