It takes 13 minutes to get to Shinjuku by direct train. 220 meters walk from the station, 3minutes walk. The area is 30square meters. The two rooms are connected by a corridor and have no door. If you are traveling as a family, you can check on your children immediately. The high ceiling is a feature, so even people over 2 meters tall won't feel cramped. Especially in spring, a 300-meter cherry blossom tunnel nearby appears.
