The property was very clean and spacious. You get a good view of the city from the Terrace. Had a working kitchen amenities. It would have been even better if they had an Air Con in the party hall area. It was a pleasant stay and we got the whole place to ourselves.

We had plesent stay at feel@home 3 days. Lanes to the place is bit narrow but once we got hang of it, we could easily take our car in-out, parking space was provded for the car. There are many restaurants nearby and we could order food through Swiggy as well.

family friendly accommodation. 2 big bedroom, spacious living room, dining room, separate kichen and private balcony. vehicle can park inside the property. the place was as per the description. the host and their family staying nearby, always respond to our request. parcel food available in 30 minutes from near by hotels. 4 properties in one compound, highly recommed for group travellers.

One the best AirBnb stays we have experienced till date. I was traveling with my family (07 of us) and we found the house to be apt, comfortable and most appealing. there's a beautiful garden, tiny fish tanks, a swing and more than sufficient outdoors to play badminton. we really had a great time and all thanks to Mr. Govind who was very efficient with his assistance. a special mention to Mr. Ani Sheeja (caretaker) who was very helpful, polite and a very sweet person. I certainly look forward to coming back and to stay at Mr. Govind 's accomodations now having experienced his services.

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.

Extremely spacious apartment, room to run around, in fact, with ample amenities, nice surroundings with restaurants and supermarkets, and most importantly, a gracious host. It was a bit hot during the time we stayed but the air conditioning kept us cool. The surrounding environment had a bit of an exciting element to it, being Kerala and full of green vegetation. All inquiries were answered promptly by Zakir. The home was well-maintained, and provided a relaxing stopover in our travels.

Me and my family including my two kids and my elderly mother stayed at Binod’s place for 5 days in early May. It was a wonderful experience and Binod made us feel like his family. He was helpful and went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. My son loved the greenery, trees and the nature around - quite a different experience for a city kid. As my mother is elderly she could not go sight seeing much so she stayed in the house most of the time and Binod was just a phone call away wherever she needed anything. She really enjoyed watching the sea and ships from the verandah of the house. And not to forget, the delicious local breakfast Binod’s wife prepared for us every morning.

Wonderful place that truly feels like home! Located right in the heart of Trivandrum city center, this cozy and clean home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It's not a luxury stay, but it’s perfect for families or groups of 5 to 6 people looking for a comfortable and convenient place. There are grocery stores and small vegetarian restaurants just a short walk away. All the main attractions in Trivandrum are easily accessible, and getting around is simple with autos and taxis available right outside, plus a nearby bus stop. Jay is a great host—very helpful and responsive—and the check-in and check-out process was completely hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a spacious, homely stay in TVM!

I had a great stay here! The place is extremely clean and hygienic—honestly felt just like being at home. Everything was well maintained, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. It’s located in a calm and quiet residential area, which is perfect if you’re looking for peace and relaxation. It’s a little inside from the main town and there aren’t any restaurants nearby, so you might want to plan your meals in advance. But other than that, it’s truly one of the best places to stay if you value cleanliness, comfort, and a homely vibe. Highly recommended!
