The cottage is central to all West Shore amenities, including trails, markets, and dining. **Please note the majority of Tahoe homes, including this cottage, do not have AC.**

Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

You cannot get much closer to the lifts than this condo with it’s balcony looking directly at the entrance to the Big Springs Gondola. Get a nice massage on the brand new whole body massage chair after a long day of skiing. + Hot tubs and gym! Catamount is the best building in Northstar Village.

The main house is our full time residence, and we happily share our patio and bbq. NO pets allowed. There is a 13% Transient Occupancy Tax added to each stay - TOT.
