The highlight of our stay was the adjustable bed – such a pleasant surprise! After a long day of hiking, it was pure bliss to put our feet up and relax. The lake is just 100 feet away, with a beautiful park that’s perfect for a peaceful stroll. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back again soon

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Erika really made it cozy and comfortable with very nice touches. The location was perfect for us. It was close to wineries we enjoy going to in keuka lake plus close to the center of town where we walked every day. We hope to stay there again when we visit the finger lakes again.

Gorgeous location at the southern end of the lake. Studio was exactly like the pictures, very accurate listing. Extremely clean, and great for our needs. Definitely recommend.

Durga and Joop were great hosts and I’d highly recommend staying at their place if you’re planning on visiting the finger lakes. Accommodation was clean, tidy, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Location was close enough to town to make it easy to access but far enough out to be nicely private. Located right on the Taughannock Falls rim hike so perfect for some outdoors time. Hosts extremely friendly, helpful and great to chat to.

This place was perfect for our 2-night visit. Very quiet, comfortable bed and couch, dishes and utensils in the kitchen, and easy access.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Peggy’s boat house is. This is my second time staying here and I have never stayed at the same ABB twice. This time I brought the kids because I wanted to share the beauty of this place and Ithaca and I knew they would love it. Sitting on the dock fishing and enjoying the views on Cayuga lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Peggy is a very welcoming host and keeps the place very tidy. There are so many things to do. Ithaca Falls is a very short drive away. Buttermilk Falls is a bit further away (not much) and is a beautiful hike. Great restaurants are nearby. I love the area and would love to come back someday.

Ann is a wonderful host, so welcoming and responsive. The rental cottage is in a beautiful location and we enjoyed the lakefront at Seneca Lake. We had a very relaxing week away from the everyday world.

Earl and Sara were by far the BEST hosts I’ve ever had. The house was perfect, with a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs, toiletries in case they were forgotten, cards and board games, and a beautiful spot on the lake. Check in was a breeze, everything was perfectly clean, and it was the perfect getaway. The thing that stood out the most was how available and communicative they were. They checked in throughout the week, and answered promptly whenever we needed to reach out. Highly highly recommend this house with Earl and Sara as your host, you will not regret it!

it's a beautiful place. it was real quite. we enjoy sitting on the dock and back porch. We want to go. Because of the weather we didn't get to use the fireplace on the waters edge.

This home is in a wonderful spot on the sunset side of Seneca Lake. It’s 15 mins away from downtown and close enough to all the vineyards on both the east and west side of the lake. The homes backyard had access to the lake, and although it was a little cold during this time of year, we saw people kayaking and out on the water. It had a great sunset view. The home was warm and had access to split units for heat and/or AC. Per friendly and they had their own dog bowls if needed. Would stay here again!

We brought a large group to stay at both the Shine and Rise homes and had an absolutely wonderful time! The shared outdoor space, waterfront views, and fire pits made for a beautiful evening and allowed us to all be together

Wonderful place to stay. Tracey was a welcoming host and this is one of the cleanest and best organized properties we've stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped to the point that it's actually possible to prepare food from the grocery store (not a given in reality in many places). We loved the location (easy to walk into town and to the Lake) and also very close to HWS campus. Close to Wineries for trips out too. Would definitely stay here again!

Jacci is definitely a super host! She met us to help check in & show us around which was super helpful. The home looked exactly as described. Jacci checked in to make sure we were doing great & went above & beyond to make our stay great. She is what every host should be! Cheers!
