An absolutely stunning spot. The house and garden are beautiful. We felt at home. There are really great walks right out of the house and beautiful views, and the local village is gorgeous. The location is perfect. It's an incredibly peaceful place to be and Rachel is a very helpful and welcoming host. Thoroughly recommended!

This place was just fantastic, better than the photo's. Beautiful space, light and gardens, a sun trap in which truly to relax in. The house itself is a brilliant design, with quirky, stylish interior which originates from the owners incredibly story and adventures. We cooked in a good few nights although there are some great pubs 5-110 minutes drive away. It's a great spot to explore from. We went to West Dean Gardens, The Trundle for walking, Chichester, plus walks with the dog from the house itself. The hot tub is a great bonus and adds to the holiday feel. The garden is big enough to play garden games in and for kids (and dogs) to run safely in. A true gem! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending or going back!

Thi house is comfortable cosy every you need, lovely snacks, Tea coffee milk cereal. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, gorgeous top quality bedding. This house is stunning. Thi aloud us an early check-in and also was very kind when I asked to leave a few hours later the morning we was leaving, she responded yes very quickly, thank you Thi. West Wittering beach is only 20 minutes which we sent the day on. Amazing Airbnb, can't wait to come back.

The house was as described and was in walking distance into Chichester which was really convenient and meant we could leave our cars at the property. We had plenty of living space, the beds were comfy and the multiple bathrooms/toilets was handy too! I’d be happy to stay here again.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

This is a really nice place to stay. Very quiet and the house is quirky and interesting. Lovely and clean too. Loved it!

Kates apartment was a lovely space with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was great to be able to throw the back doors open and see and hear the sea and wander down to the beach to admire the view across to the Isle of Wight and the ships coming and going. I even saw a cormorant. It was nice and quiet and even though near the beach walk still felt private. The flat was well equipped and the instructions very clear. We had a lovely weekend

It is great place to stay with your friends or family. The house is located very close to the train station, bus stop and not very far from the beach yet in a quiet neighbourhood.

100% recommend this apartment. You have lockable door leading to private stairs which lead to accommodation. I stayed there with my grandchildren who loved it too...Nice and clean...lovely decor...amazing big windows..has everything you require...nice and modern. Private drive to park in. 2 mins from pebble beach, no amenities there but so close to apartment doesn't matter. Small local shops and pubs walking distance too, not far to drive for more choice. Peaceful, great location and host was very charming and helpful. We especially loved our greeting from Bentley...family doggy 😀 We will be returning definitely.

We loved staying at Creydi‘s! The guest house in Southsea is 5 minutes away from many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and the beach. Other locations can be easily reached by bike. The acommodation was extremely homely with a great love for detail. Every question we had was answered immediately. We‘ll come again :-)

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

Poppies studio is exactly as described and photos are spot on, perfect size for a couple. Very spacious studio that is bright and airy, Poppie has created a cosy warm welcoming place to stay, eclectic furniture and decor, original artwork is beautiful. The bathroom was spacious for a studio, and again beautifully decorated, shower cubicle is small but is made up by the amazing shower, excellent water pressure and very hot water. I loved the vintage mirrors on the wall and the original painting (wish I could have taken it home to remember our stay) considering the location the studio is extremely quiet and couldn't hear any traffic or seagulls. I'd honestly say it was the perfect base, we stayed 3 nights for my birthday. The beach is directly opposite with a restaurant 5 minutes walk, or further down 12 minutes walk another good bar restaurant, the main shopping centre is a short walk away making Poppies the ideal location. We didn't miss not having a tv as took a laptop to watch dvds.

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

We loved our stay at Tim's place - what a location! So close to the beach, lovely quiet neighbourhood and loads of beach walking and places to eat all close by. It's an excellent location for exploring - Portsmouth and West Wittering as well as the Hayling Island itself. Tim could not have been more responsive and helpful with all of his communication - first class stuff. Couldn't recommend this place enough and we will be back!

The property is brilliant and has everything you could need. The location is ideal and Emma is very responsive to any questions you may have. Absolutely recommend this place to stay and we hope to return next year!

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.
