A spacious king bed, wifi, A/C, heat, RokuTV, microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, deck, and a private BBQ/picnic area. Deer greet you along the path to your own reserved full bathroom— one of 3 private bathrooms located in our separate facility a short walk from your cabin. Enjoy fresh air, wildlife, and a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops/dining.

Our cozy one room cabin is tucked away in a peaceful wooded area, accompanied by the sounds of a running creek just out front. This spot is a great place to relax and unplug from the busyness of life. Enjoy a stroll or hike alongside the creek, plop some chairs in the water and take in the sounds of nature. Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.

The Lone Star Cabin is part of a gated, scenic 7-acre property at Waterlust Retreat. This newly renovated cabin has great hilltop views, enjoyable from your own personal hot tub, and is located only 3 minutes away from the nearest boat ramp! Or if you want to just hangout close to the cabin, come enjoy our shared swimming pool and tanning deck! Once you're sunned out, enjoy the comfiest beds in Canyon Lake with blackout shades for that extra R&R.

The Chaparral - A Hill Country Haven

And if you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of Chappy, our resident chaparral. We are located just minutes from both Gruene and Whitewater Amphitheater.
