Lake Nockamixon: 10miles, Doylestown: 13miles & New Hope: 22miles. We are about 1 hour from Philadelphia & the Pocono Mountains. Close to wineries, breweries, boating, biking, theatre & kids activities.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets). You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

This cozy space is ideal for the solo traveler--business or pleasure--a couples' weekend getaway, or small family trip. Guests can park in the parking spots of the driveway. Sit in a rocker on the large, peaceful screened in porch or move inside and sit by the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Less than 2 miles to state gamelands.

Located just 15 minutes from Doylestown, 45 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, and 2 hours from New York, with easy access to Philadelphia regional rail train. Family friendly! Private key-code entrance in front. White picket fence lined yard in back is perfect for sitting on warm days. Walking distance to restaurants and food store. On-street parking. The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.
