From the moment we arrived, this place exceeded all expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views of the red rocks were absolutely breathtaking. Sedona is magical, and April and Collin's house made the experience even better. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene, scenic escape!

Beautiful, comfortable homes! We had such a nice stay at Derek's place. The hot tub under the stars was awesome, and we loved the fire pit. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Thoughtful touches like coffee, creamer, snacks, and RED ROCK PASS (!!) made it so easy for us.

Daniel's place was in a great, quiet location, near the end of a cul-de-sac. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store, and a stone's throw from Sedona, near countless amazing hikes. Daniel was responsive and accommodating, a perfect host for our Arizona visit. The kids loved the secret room, and the yoga room helped reset our tired bodies!

Amazing stay, the house is a great setup. Large, private bedrooms and great space for hanging out, playing games and having meals. I would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely beautiful home, with stunning views and a lovely backyard. The hot tub was awesome, and the games provided were very fun! Host was responsive and proactive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I recommend staying here if you are with a big group and exploring the wonders of Sedona!

Laura is a saint. She saved our vacation. She deserves 6 stars. We were on our way to Sedona with a large group, and on the day of checkin we learned that our original Airbnb had a flood from a leaky hot water heater. So we had to scramble at the last minute to find a new place to stay, and Laura was our hero. She approved our request even though our group is a little bigger than the states 8-person limit. Also, Laura’s cleaner, Angelica, came over within an ~hour to help prep the place for this totally unexpected reservation. Huge thanks to her for pausing whatever she was doing on a Saturday evening to help rescue our vacation. The house itself is fantastic. The balcony has incredible views of the mountains. There’s custom wooden furniture, beautiful countertops, the kitchen is very well equipped. It served as a perfect base for our day trips (hikes, etc). Throughout our stay Laura was very responsive. Highly recommended!

We went for a girl’s trip, and we could not have picked a more perfect home! Between all of the bedrooms & beautiful kitchen, the location was perfect, as we walked to local places every day for coffee, lunch, and shopping. Matthew was quick in responding with any questions, and it was a seamless experience! Would definitely stay at his place again next time we’re in Sedona!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Sedona was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking red rock views, peaceful surroundings, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was idea, just minutes from hiking trails, great restaurants, and all that Sedona has to offer while still feeling private and tranquil. Our host was fantastic, providing excellent communication, local recommendations, and ensuring everything was perfect.

Great home with superb access to trails. Four bedrooms give the ability to host a relatively large group. Three couples would be comfortable there.

The house was amazing and the area was so fun. The star of the show was Tami and all of the small details making the space feel really special for our dogs and our time before and after our wedding in Sedona. Thank you so much and we hope to be back!

We loved this place. It was in a beautiful, quiet area, yet only a short drive to Flagstaff. The inside of the house was decorated with interesting furnishings and art, and there were many places to sit outside and listen to the birds or the wind through the pines!

Traci's place was beautiful. It had plenty of space, super comfortable beds and was well stocked with the basic essentials for cooking which was nice since the nearest grocery store was 15-20 minutes away. We loved the outdoor space too. Traci provided easy and clear instructions, and was responsive to messages. The location was pretty - closer to flagstaff than sedona. overall we'd highly recommend this airbnb!

We had an amazing stay at Sarah’s Airbnb. The home was cozy and had all the things we needed to have a comfortable stay.

The bnb was everything the listing looked and said it was. Lots of great amenities and an overall cozy and relaxing place to be in. I highly recommend when visiting North Arizona.

Stepping out the front door to the breathtaking view of Thunder Mountain could not have been beat. The house was clean, incredibly spacious and had everything we needed - and more - to feel at home. The house is close enough to stores and shops but in a nice tucked away neighborhood that is so quiet and beautiful - It's a gem!

Great property and stay and all the amenities. Only minor feedback I have (and I am picky about bathrooms for some reason) is that the upstairs shower needs to be updated with modern tile and glass walls/blocks; or at least some additional lighting needs to be added into the shower. It is tucked into a dark corner feels very institutional (like a 70’s high school locker room shower). But over all, a stellar property.

This place was amazing. The house was roomy and the views were breathtaking! This was one of our best trips and the best house we’ve stayed in so far. Looking forward to coming back one day.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our larger family was able to fit very comfortably in this home. The kitchen was very spacious with two dish washers, a nice big island, and walk in fridge. All of the bedrooms were separated very nicely with comfortable mattresses and sheets. The outdoor area was the best - the pool was wonderful and the grill + seating area was perfect. The view is absolutely gorgeous as well. We would highly recommend this home for anyone!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! All the things we loved: Reasonable price, great locations (close by to restaurants & activities), beautiful floor to ceiling views of red rocks, super comfortable beds, ended up being able to check in early, lots of extra stuff in the kitchen if you want to cook. Honestly nothing we were unhappy with!

What a beautiful house, most perfect view! This house is perfect for multiple families staying together. The rooms are spaced out (different corners of the house) giving everyone privacy but the living is big and spacious where everyone comes together. The couch is super comfortable and big. Just perfect to sit and have the morning coffee! The kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. We ended up ordering in a few times and relaxing because the house was comfortable and the gorg views! The outside is also very nice, pool was great! There were a lot of leafs in the pool from the surrounding plants so that needed to be cleaned but the weather was a bit cold that we couldn’t use the pool much. Location of the house is also great (keep in mind this is 20-40 mins away from Sedona downtown depending on traffic. We came over spring break so it took us 40-50 mins) but still great location with coffee shops and restaurants close by! Rick was very responsive and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay in this home for a girls weekend! The house is spacious, perfect for gathering and quiet time. It is located close to all of Sedona’s best attractions and everywhere you look is a spectacular view! Host was helpful and communicative. We’ll definitely book again!
