Sedona: soggiorni in case vacanze

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

Great property and stay and all the amenities. Only minor feedback I have (and I am picky about bathrooms for some reason) is that the upstairs shower needs to be updated with modern tile and glass walls/blocks; or at least some additional lighting needs to be added into the shower. It is tucked into a dark corner feels very institutional (like a 70’s high school locker room shower). But over all, a stellar property.

Great house and location. Quiet and easy to get to everything. Hot tub and pool was fun for whole family.

This house is amazing. The views, the space, the pool, the location, all of it was fantastic. and Jared and Mitchell are great super communicative hosts. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from them.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! All the things we loved: Reasonable price, great locations (close by to restaurants & activities), beautiful floor to ceiling views of red rocks, super comfortable beds, ended up being able to check in early, lots of extra stuff in the kitchen if you want to cook. Honestly nothing we were unhappy with!

Our stay was amazing! Dawn’s place was very impressive, spacious, and beautiful. The house was very clean and the backyard was one of the most magnificent I have ever seen. The Infiniti pool, hot tub, and grill made us feel as if we didn’t need to leave the air bnb at all. Overall great stay and we will be back!

This home really was home away from home. It was peaceful, clean, and provided everything we needed and wanted.

What a gem! If you are at all hesitant about staying in a mobile home, don't be! This was my first time doing so and any concerns I had were completely unfounded. My son and I couldn't have been more comfortable (and satisfied). The location feels very remote and private, yet it's a very short drive to all the action in Sedona. The view and surroundings were incredible, the house was very clean, and the beds were soooo comfortable. Robin was on top of things and very responsive...would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very welcoming and they provided extras to make our stay comfortable. They were so many nice little touches that I can't list them all. Providing coffee, tea, and cold water to name a few. The soap and shampoos provided were very nice too. The house was in good order, very clean, and had everything a traveler needs. There were 5 of us and we never ran out of hot water and had plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies. Even a wine cooler! All in all we enjoyed our stay at the house and had fun exploring Cottonwood....didn't realize they had such amazing restaurants and shops! We will definitely stay and this home again if the situation arises!

Absolutely beautiful location. Easy to find. Less than 10 minutes away from town. Creek was the best part of this property, didn't even feel like you're in Arizona. House was so cool and rustic, but had everything you needed. Would stay again.

Had a great time! Loved the firepit and the house overall. The house was proximate to a lot of indigenous culture sites which was awesome to learn about. Julie was very responsive as well.

The location was perfect in Sedona! It’s right off the Main Street in Sedona. We were able to use the Sedona Shuttle system everyday we were there. Picked up and dropped off at the house. Both hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Will stay here again. The listing does say 3 bedrooms which there are but it may be kinda awkward if you are traveling with another couple and that means that you would have to walk through one bedroom to get to the master bedroom. And if everyone are good friends, then it’s not that big of a deal…

Perfect location with everything we needed. Living space is big enough to comfortably socialize with your group and having bathrooms up and downstairs was mighty convenient! Would intentionally come back to this townhome for future trips :)

Hilary and her husband have a perfectly located beautiful home. If you want to see red rock and enjoy the outdoors in Sedona this home is located right in the heart of it. walk out of the backyard and the mountains were right there staring at you. Hilary always responded and her adventure/family photos were just the right amount to feel at home. The master shower was just what the doctor ordered after a day of traveling and our kiddos loved the trundle beds. there was even a little toy corner with a Lighting McQueen at the signing book. We look forward to returning for a longer stay.

Daniel's place was in a great, quiet location, near the end of a cul-de-sac. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store, and a stone's throw from Sedona, near countless amazing hikes. Daniel was responsive and accommodating, a perfect host for our Arizona visit. The kids loved the secret room, and the yoga room helped reset our tired bodies!

This is a lovely place to stay. A very welcoming environment in the home, and the yard and woods behind it, are so calming. The yurt is a great bonus space. We visited the Grand Canyon for the first time and hiked in Sedona. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend highly to our friends.

After a full day of hiking West Fork Oak Creek Trail in Sedona (about 6.6 miles round trip), my family and I decided to book a last-minute stay and we are so glad we found this place! Everything about the home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Joanne made the whole process so easy. She confirmed our stay quickly and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made checking in a breeze. After a long day outdoors, it was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free stay near Sedona!

This home was extremely clean, furnished very nicely, had a BBQ and fire pit and comfortable furnishings. The hosts were super responsive, and included thoughtful touches such as snacks, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and a very clean kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home!

We only stayed one night but the place was easy to find even in the very dark streets of Sedona. It’s in a perfect location close to everything. We were able to relax nicely for our one night there.

We had a wonderful time at Rachel's place, it is perfect for families and within easy reach of the main street of Sedona. Rachel communicated extremely well and was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the location in West Sedona close to a couple of beautiful trails, great for a pre-breakfast morning walk with great views of the surrounds. We highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! All amenities mentioned in the listing were accurately described, and we really appreciated the notes left throughout the home for how to use the steam shower, light switch color coding, even outdoor blankets to relax on the deck with! The hot tub and steam shower were perfect after our long hikes, and the evenings were so serene under the stars and in seclusion. I accidentally locked us out of the house when we went to use the hot tub late at night, but John was so responsive and helpful to get us back inside in no time! Very clean home but also felt cozy and welcoming. Definitely recommend and we’d love to come back again!

My friend and I stayed in Karen’s place for a girls weekend getaway and we felt right at home. Karen was very communicative, her place was spacious for two, the heat and hot water were great, the fountain and coy fish were also a nice touch. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of linens, towels and blankets. We would stay there again!
