You will enjoy Casa Bonita. The renovation of this 70s home is comfortable with all the amenities. It is in a quiet neighborhood and within 20 minutes to most parts of Wichita. For families with children, there is a separate room with bunk beds. We enjoyed our stay here.

Kelli provided excellent communication and all of the photos accurately showcase the home. It is located in very peaceful neighborhood and was great for our group.

We just stayed one night at David’s place but it was a great, perfect stay. The space itself is charming and has character, it has everything you need and the location is awesome. We easily walked to a few different restaurants and bars. We totally plan to stay here again next time we are in town!

This home was so beautifully done and I love, love the decor. It made it so easy to enjoy and feel like home! Everything you may have wanted was available for you. Sonia instructions were clear and concise, which made entry seamless. When I go back to Wichita I'll definitely be checking with Sonia to see if her beautifully done home is available again. Job well done Sonia!!

Location was perfect for the wedding venue my kids used. The neighborhood was an older one which was quiet and clean. The house was as represented in the pictures. Thanks for a great stay!

We have found the place to stay when we visit family in Derby! Close to everything, but private and quiet with lovely views of a pond and walking distance from a park. The house is solid, comfortable, non-smoking, and has everything you need (even a tornado shelter). We are thankful to the owner who was the hero of our trip when we had issues with our first accomodations. Thank you, Albert!

My family stayed here for 3 months and loved it! We have a newborn and a toddler, and it was the perfect house for our family. Everything was nice and clean and well-cared for. Samantha was always very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. For example, with a newborn we needed a little extra heat in one room to keep him warm (and not make the other rooms too hot). I wrote Samantha and a space heater was delivered within hours. It was amazing! We also had some concerns about having a pool with a 2-year old who can’t swim yet running around. After talking to Samantha about this before we booked, we were reassured when we saw that the pool had a strong cover over it and the back door has a high latch so our daughter couldn’t accidentally access the pool. I would easily and highly recommend this house to any visitors and especially families, although it’s great for adults without kids too. And I can also highly recommend the host if they have other properties.

My family and I (4) stayed here and it had everything we needed. It's just like the pics. Everything is on one level, no basement rooms, which we liked. Will definitely be coming back.
