The suite is equipped with wi-fi, internet and cable tv. We, the owners, live above the bright, 700 sqf garden suite. It's a non-smoking environment and is suitable for one , two persons. No pets

We do live above you but have gone to great lengths to minimize sound transference with extra drywall and insulation being installed.
