The Boathouse Cottage is a cozy studio cottage with a deck overhanging Sebec Lake. Think elevated “glamping” experience! The studio cottage boasts a common room with queen bed w/linens and small sitting area with a full futon. Quaint bathroom with shower comes supplied with towels. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes and utensils, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven. Furnished porch has tabletop Webber grill with fuel. Shared dock and fire pit. Owners onsite at adjacent camp.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Welcome to our relaxing lakefront property situated on Sebec lake in Maine. The 3 bedroom (3 queen beds plus 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 8 guests), 2 ½ bath home. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Gas fireplace, range, oven and BBQ, plus dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Washer/dryer, linens/towels, and basic essentials are provided.

A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Come stay on the grounds of a 1913 French Colonial in the original carriage house at Peony Hill. The carriage house is a full one bedroom, full bath, kitchen, eat-in dining area, along with spacious living room complete with a cottage/cabin feel. The new June 2022 remodel decor is quaintly appointed with regional Maine finds and vintage antiques scattered in the professional decor.

Our cozy one bedroom semidetached apartment is situated on the old historic Walden Farm overlooking Wilson Pond. It is located one half mile from Greenville Airport and a five minute drive from downtown Greenville.
