As an Airbnb host myself, I’ve developed a pretty critical eye when it comes to the places I stay. I notice the cleanliness, the attention to details and the decor. The little things the host does to make a guest feel noticed and valued and whether or not they can strike the balance between friendly and available but not intrusive. Susan and her BEAUTIFULLY decorated place checked all the boxes. She very obviously puts her heart into hosting and goes above and beyond in her role. Personalized video instructions, warm cookies and a chalk welcome note… luxurious bedding and decor and an impeccably manicured yard were some of my favorite touches. Thanks, Susan, for a truly special weekend away.

The beach side gem was the perfect location for the wedding we attended at Kiana Lodge. Cabin had a great deck to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wine. Hot tub was a bonus besides the beautiful views. Paul was quick to respond to questions and provide local recommendations.

Oh man, this is a gem of an air bnb! My entire family (parents, wife, and kid) LOVED this place! Amazing food you can make a short drive to or have delivered for a stay in kind of night! We stayed here and made the drive to the Seattle Aquarium and this was a great location for it! We love your space and will be back again! Hosts are super responsive, checked in multiple times, and we’re always so nice! My Daughter was so happy to make s’mores that the host had provided! (Chocolates, graham crackers, and marshmallows!) THANK YOU!

We loved our stay at this lovely cabin! It was the perfect combination of secluded but centrally located to fun locations like the Olympic Peninsula and Bainbridge Island. The amenities were also great -- we appreciated the firepit and the hot tub, and we spent a lot of time reading and drinking coffee on the front porch. The kitchen was well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this sweet cottage!

This is (at least) our SIXTH stay at Oberon and it never disappoints. So many wonderful improvements over the years and we always depart already pining for our next visit.

Cris has been wonderful! We needed a place to relocate as an extended stay while we house hunted on the island. The cottage is fully stocked, comfortable, and close to all the things we need in town. Cris has gone above and beyond, from sending update on road conditions, dropping by with bottles of wine, answering all questions, even forwarding alerts about orca sightings around the island! We’ve felt so welcome here and it’s made our transition to the island so much easier.

What a lovely place within walking distance of fun places in town. Really liked the back porch and the coffee bar. Michelle was a wonderful host . I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to explore this fun town. We very much enjoyed our time and only 45 min from Crystal Mtn ski resort.

Great spot, such a beautiful and cozy little house with truly unbelievable views. Walkable to a cluster of small shops and restaurants and down to two different beaches. And Mt Rainier right out the window! Would definitely stay with Thomas again!

A beautiful set up in a beautiful location! Everything was clean, well kept and felt private, even though we were close to other houses The hummingbird feeder in the courtyard was such a plus we spent so much of our time out there watching the birds I would highly recommend a stay.

Perfect, peaceful, charming cabin on the water. The moment you walk in you can see straight through to the water. Comfy deck seating for watching the sunrise and sunset. Walk right on to the soft sand filled with seashells. We will definitely visit again!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, creating a warm and welcoming space on their stunning property. From the charming gazebo, you can soak in the serene views of the mountains, the water, and the lush green grass—all accompanied by the peaceful songs of the birds. This is the perfect place to unwind, breathe deeply, and take in the natural beauty of the area. Whether you’re escaping the city or exploring the region, I couldn’t recommend it more.

This place is great. Easy to get in and out, has a mini fridge and microwave, full bathroom and a little projector. Set up really nice, bed was comfy and the host was great and very quick to respond. We will be back next time we come through (:

Place was just as described - very peaceful setting, very short walk to downtown. Inside, the space was abundant and well organized. Will definitely stay here again!

Easy check in, alley parking shared with other unit. Stairs from street are in need of repair but unit is accessed easily from the side. Great location close to Point Defiance and Ruston Way

Great little spot for 1 or 2 people. I only stayed a couple days but I would've felt right at home if I stayed longer. No issues with instructions. The place was clean and tidy and private. Would stay again.

We had some issues out of our control on our trip and Gayle was great throughout all of it! 10 out of 10 would recommend her place to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay!

This was a truly wonderful place to stay for the weekend and reconnect with a dear friend. We walked along the beach, explored nearby Tolmie state park, built a fire in the outdoor pit, took a bath in that dreamy outdoor tub. A truly restful, quiet, private and special spot.

Very enjoyable stay. It was comfortable and fit my needs perfect. Would highly recommend this property.

Wow! What a beautiful and thoughtful space. If I could’ve moved in permanently I would’ve! Hosts went above and beyond to make my stay an excellent one. Fantastic location!
