The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well-behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a small sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the fab Devon/Dorset coast!

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest coast path.
