This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Home away from home. Spotless. Huge kitchen. Michelle has everything ready for you. From coffee to clean towels. The beach is a block away and house is pet safe. House has every amenity. There are entertainment across the street for all ages. She accommodated us from an early check in to late check out. Looking forward to staying there again.

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

This was an excellent stay. We were able to walk to the beach peacefully and safely to watch the sunrise and sunset. Great get away.

The apartment was clean & just as show in the photos & the service was incredible. Any need was taken care of and they bought us a few pizza pies while swimming in the relaxing pool. Not to mention, checking in and out was effortless and quick. Highly recommend.

We had 4 couples along with a single guest in this beautiful house and had more than enough space. The pools were clean and big enough to cool us down. The shared courtyard had several clean gas grills, tons of seating and fun outdoor games. Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms along with 2 spacious decks made Bahama Breeze a house we all hope to visit every year! It is an easy walk to the beach & boardwalk with a lot of places nearby to grab a meal and/or drinks. Having an Acme within a 5 minute drive, cooking at the house was also a great option.

A beautiful home with breathtaking views, even more beautiful in person. Chris was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. I loved it so much that I extended my stay!

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

the house is beautiful, well-equipped and the perfect location. only two blocks from Martells and the board walk. Antonietta sent very detailed instructions for all and responded right away to any questions. I would love to cone stay here in the summer.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!

Jerry's place was clean and cozy. Everything was supplied as promised and it was a great quiet getaway from the city for a couple days. Great place to chill with my family and the dogs! Would recommend!

I do not have enough words to describe how great our stay was! The house perfectly matched the listing description and Haifa went above and beyond our expectations! When we arrived there were 2 comfy dog beds, treats, bowls and extra poopie bags waiting for our dogs. Our dogs LOVED the dog beds. And there was a welcome basket with a personal handwritten note for us, along with snacks, chocolate and champagne. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked + AC in each room. The fenced in front porch was perfect for spending mornings and evenings hanging out with the dogs and meeting the neighbors. The location is perfect and 1 block from the beach. Loved the neighborhood and the neighbors are super friendly. Haifa answers messages within minutes and makes checkin & check out very easy and seamless. She even reached out during our stay just to check in with us. We were attending the SeaHearNow festival in Asbury Park only a 25 minute direct walk down the boardwalk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David and Blaine’s house! This place really felt like a home, complete with a well stocked kitchen, cozy lounge areas, an office setup, and an extra comfy bed! It was clean and spotless on our arrival and the hosts were proactive and quick communicators! The completely fenced in yard was a great bonus for our pup!

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

We met family friends for a peaceful, relaxing winter holiday at the beach with a total of 4 little kids. Brogan Cottage was magical. All the "usual" stuff was great (clean, comfortable, well-appointed).... but most remarkable was the HUGE range of amenities and supplies provided. I tried listing them and ran out of space - so just a FEW examples: Everything you need in the kitchen - we cooked dinners, breakfasts and sufganiyot for chanukah with ease. Tons of indoor toys & family games. Outdoor toys, balls, scooters and bikes in great condition. Pack n play, potty seat, and high chair. Butter, olive oil and cream cheese. Band aids and scissors. 4 kinds of laundry soap! So much more. You name it, we found it - ALL the conveniences of home in addition to big trampoline and short walk to the beach. This made vacation with kids so easy! Only minus was limited indoor dining space - best to eat big meals outside (great outdoor space) but on rainy days it could be tricky.

Place was cozy and beautiful. My family and I enjoyed the place. Definitely will come back to area and would love to stay here again. A lot of charm and beach area was nice, that my son, wife and dog had a chance to enjoy, with time on the sand. I had a work conference in the area the whole weekend. However, did not know of this area before this weekend and absolutely loved it.

Audrie's 2 bedroom cottage was clean and perfect. The design was simple and relaxing. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked as described. The outdoor seating area with firepit was a bonus. She provided one cruiser bike too. It was great to bike ride around the bay area. Audrie quickly responds too. Another bonus was 3 Smart TV's. All we had to do was sign into our accounts. Our favorite eateries were nearby too. A true gem. We will definitely return.

loved staying at Amy's place in belmar. perfect for two couples and our son. we had a wedding sat and having all the lovely big bathrooms made it easy to get ready. surrounding area beautifully decorated for xmas. easy walk to the beach.
