NEW Room w/ Views in Upscale Riverfront Inn

Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room #4 features two-story, floor-to-ceiling views to the Nehalem River. The first floor has oversized swivel chairs, a kitchenette (w/ mini fridge, Keurig and microwave) and dining a dining set. A tight, circular staircase winds up to the bedroom level, with a king size bed (and great linens) and luxurious bathroom, w/ heated floors and dual shower heads. This room has a private deck on each level, in addition to several shared outdoor areas. No pets, please.

Norblad Hotel - CABIN Light *Located Downtown*

For the budget-conscious traveler, our Cabin Light rooms - with shared, single occupancy restrooms and showers - offer a quieter, less expensive alternative to standard rooms. These rooms are located in the interior of the building, providing more insulation from downtown Astoria. With a plush queen bed, original apron sinks, and original artwork, the Cabin Light rooms are an ideal fit for those looking to spend a little less but still take advantage of all that the Norblad Hotel has to offer.

Here at the Surf and Sand Inn, we’ve been welcoming lodgers since the 1940s – first as a U.S. Coast Guard lookout station, and, today, as a casual, comfortable motor lodge with a retro beach vibe and a host of modern conveniences. We’re footsteps from shopping, dining and the mighty Pacific Ocean; and Cape Kiwanda, Haystack Rock and the original Pelican Brewing Company are a short drive or bike ride away. We work hard to offer the friendliest service and best value in Pacific City.

Ocean View Mirror Cabin - Private Bath, Sleeps 2

Our South Cape Mirror Cabins contain 1 queen bed sleeps 2. Each Cabin comes with an ensuite, modern luxury bathroom, heated flooring, heat/AC, blackout shades, wet bar, seating area, fridge, coffee/tea set up and an outdoor patio + fire pit. Beach is a 7-minute walk. NO cooking is available in the unit, restaurants are 5 minutes down the road in Pacific City. Parking is located cabin side. On arrival, please check in with site host first. Mirror cabins are not pet friendly.

Owner's Suite at the San Dune Inn

Beautifully updated, our largest suite at 1,250 sq ft lives much like a home. Sleeps 6. This suite offers 2 bedrooms and two full baths. Completely stocked, stunning kitchen with electric range, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. Samsung smart Tv with Netflix. King bed and bunk bed room in master suite. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Sofa with queen bed pullout in living room. The deck off of the suite is private, with dining table and seating. Great southern exposure.

Beach Stay - Unit #3 - King Bed

Beach Stay Unit #3 is a comfortable quiet one room plus bath unit decorated with a Flintstone theme & a grass wall. The unit features a king size bed, a TV and an area for making light meals and morning coffee. There is a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and both a small drip coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker.The bath is small but adequate with a shower stall. The unit is at the rear of the property and features a deck with four steps up to the front door.

Ocean King w/Spa Suite w/twin

The oceanfront king spa suite is perfectly set up for a couple or small family. Walk out on your own private patio and breathe in the fresh ocean air. Relax by the fire or in the jetted tub. Cook in your full kitchen or enjoy local take-out on the patio. The sofa folds out to a twin bed. Rooms vary in layout and will be assigned based on availability. All rooms are accessible by stairs; there is no elevator on site.

Matthew's Room: Located on the second floor in the Cottage Wing. This room has a queen sized bed and a ceiling fan. The private bathroom has a tub and shower combination. 1 block from beach. Guests must be 21+ to book. Hotel is pet friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). Breakfast is available for a fee.

This unit contains 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a kitchenette, gas fireplace and a sofa sleeper. Located 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from the city center.We do allow dogs for an additional fee; all dogs must be leashed in the shared common areas. We ask that dogs not be left unattended in the unit.

We are conveniently located on the quieter end of Seaside on Ave U. We are steps away from the beach & right on Seaside's famous Promenade. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. We are a 10-15 minute walk up the prom to downtown or a 3 minute car ride.
