This PRIVATE studio unit has one bathroom, living room, balcony with gas bbq, kitchenette (full kitchen minus oven), living room and a fold down wall style murphy bed (nice real bed).

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story home is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
