We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Located on a quiet street, this home is within walking distance to all Seaside has to offer, including the Aquarium, Convention Center and Broadway Street. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

The property has an onsite office which makes check in/out a breeze- they'll also supply you with lots of info and discounts for local area attractions, shopping, and dining! No Pets are not allowed.
