The flat was homely and cosy with everything you need. Caroline was a great host, she is very friendly, honest and attentive. She even gave some fresh hydrangeas which were lovely and nice to have on the windowsill. Me and my partner came down for my birthday to explore and get some peace and quite. Highly recommended the hike up to the top of Beachy Head cliff and the local Thai restaurant was divine. The walk to the beach front is just round the corner, town centre is also walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is actually bigger than the photos. The location is great with nice restaurants and shops nearby and a great connection to London Gatwick and the central London locations

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

This apartment is superbly located in a lovely town full of charming pubs, cafes, bakeries, boutique shops, and restaurants—all just a short walk away. We enjoyed being able to pop down the road for delicious coffees to bring back and savour. The apartment itself had great exposed beams, and we found the bathroom and kitchen excellent. The bedrooms were a bit smaller than we expected, with limited storage and slightly compact beds, but the premium location and historic charm of the building made up for it. If you're heading to the beach, we recommend Winchelsea over Camber.

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

Worth every penny! We stayed here for 5 weeks while I did my cabin crew training at the CAE. Beautiful property just like the photos, squeaky clean, private and everything we needed to make it home!! Sarah is super responsive and helpful in every way. Clean linen and towels every week as promised, bed linen was so soft!! Brighton is a 20 minute drive & great for the weekends.. Sarah gave us lots of great recommendations, which we loved! Thank you so much again Sarah, you are a beautiful person inside and out!! Xx

Lovely stay at Gemma and Anthony’s place. The roof terrace is a real bonus with amazing views to the sea. Kids enjoyed the pier and beach which is only a minute walk away. Great location.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

Jo’s place was exactly as described; tidy, homely and in a great location. Unfortunately, there were roadworks outside but that was the only downside (and nothing Jo could have done about it)! A cosy top floor flat with gorgeous views of the sea, in a really central location and Jo herself was very helpful and clear with her instructions. Overall, this place was 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

I was looking for somewhere for me and my wife to relax and reset for a few days, and Jude's place was perfect. Jude was very easy to deal with from start to finish and was very helpful. Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing couple of days at Pete’s place with the family. The home was beautifully set up, and we especially loved unwinding in the hot tub and sauna—such a treat! The location worked really well for us too, making everything we wanted to do easily accessible. Pete was super responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole trip stress-free. Overall, it was the ideal escape and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Brighton. Thanks for a truly relaxing and memorable stay!

Ciera was fantastic! Very helpful, responsive and kind. The space was cozy and comfortable, very lovely. The heaters made the place very toasty which was just what we needed after a day out! The area was fab, and the location of the flat was very close to all the things we wanted to do. I’d highly reccomend this place!

Me and boyfriend went for trip to Eastbourne for my birthday celebration. Very glad that we chose to stay in Isabella’s accommodation. Apartment was clean and felt like at home. Location is good, 15 min to rail station and 25 min to the sea side. Hot tub was a nice bonus to all of it.

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!
