Very attentive and welcoming hosts. We immediately felt at home and they definitely went the extra mile to think of all the amenities and provide extras. The house is well equipped and it is a short distance to the beach on any direction. We brought our bikes and it was easy-peasy! My kids loved the art supplies and puzzles.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands birthday. We had plenty of room with our adult children. Enjoyed walks on the beach, great seafood and weather. Will definitely stay again.

We moved from a different airbnb, that was nothing like it was pictured. This was amazing, we were able to check in early, to resume our Thanksgiving Coast trip. Couches VERY comfortable homely feeling. Beds also very comfortable. Lots of space for a family of four. Kitchen sink faucet might need to be replaced didn't have a lot of pressure coming out of it, made for washing dishes long. Had much better water pressure in the slop sink in the laundry room. TV was hard to find local channels, not sure if there was a cable tv or satellite program. I think it was just a smart tv. We were able to go clam digging and crabing which was fun. Such a pretty area sunsets to remember. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

We loved staying here! Crystal has thought of everything. Even phone chargers and dog treats. Cute and comfy decor. Clean and spacious rooms. The yard and covered patio was amazing too. Highly recommend!

Stunning location and lovely home. Our family of four had plenty of space and felt right at home. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the hot tub is hot and the fire table is a fun feature especially because the host had s’more makings for us! We love the spot overlooking the beach and coastal forest. It was quiet and felt private while only being a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Seabrook. We can’t wait to return!

Loved this spot! Fletcher and Janet were so responsive and proactive in hosting, super friendly! We felt right at home and they were really really accommodating. We had a newborn, our 2 pups and everything was made so easy for us. We will definitely be back and make this our go to spot again!

We had a perfect weekend stay. The place was very clean and so close to the beach.

Peaceful getaway! The place was clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. The view was gorgeous, with easy walking access to the beach. The kitchen had all the basics I needed (including some spices and cooking oil), the bed was comfy, and I loved having coffee in the morning looking out at the sea. I'd love to come back. The only caveat is that Vacasa isn't local and has no way to tell you anything specific about the unit (like whether there are coffee filters provided, which there were!). They're prompt to reply to messages, but it can be hard to get any specific questions answered. If you can go in knowing that you won't be in contact with anyone who really knows specific details about the unit, then you'll be fine.

We had the most relaxing weekend at Lia’s for Valentine’s Day. Nicely appointed kitchen with more than enough space and equipment to prepare a meal. Great views from the dining area and living room. It was unfortunately too chilly to spend any time on the deck but it would be great in the summer! Great beach access!

Stayed the weekend here and really felt relaxed. Great views of the Pacific and easy access for walks on the beach. Private location and very quiet. If you are in the Westport area I highly recommend a stay.

This condo was very comfortable with lovely decor and oh so convenient to the beach. Winter is a great time to visit the area since there are fewer people, so we enjoyed lots of quiet walks on the beach. The position of the condo gave a great view to the ocean while not seeing much of nearby units.

A must for relaxation and peace. The home is beautiful and location is amazing.

Loved staying at the sandy shenanigans. The condo of gorgeous and the view was even better. Lots of great amenities on site as well. Only downfall was he had super loud above neighbors with kids running around at all hours.

This was the perfect Thanksgiving getaway! Even though the unit was on the ground floor, we had a peek-a-boo view of the ocean waves between the adjacent building and the grassy dune of the State Park bordering this condominium complex. It was a 1 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Alternately, you could walk a paved trail in the grassy dunes that parallels the beach and follow it all the way to the marina (2.5 miles away), the viewing tower, and a strip of cute shops and places to eat. Along the way, you can watch the surfers catch waves near the jetty. On a sunny day, two days after Thanksgiving, we counted 50 surfers out in the ocean. Burrr!! Annett was a great host. Because of a technical problem at our original AirBnB, we contacted Annette the evening before Thanksgiving looking for a place the following day. She was very responsive and her place was very comfortable with a full kitchen that we easily assembled the Thanksgiving dinner we had brought with us. We may be back!

Grey Gull Condos was a great stay. Just a short walk from the beach, with a heated pool and hot tub;what more could you want! They were quick to communicate and flexible when I needed to switch to a pet friendly room. Would recommend.

Stunning Airbnb! Had everything we needed and more. The most beautiful views and best beach access. We want to make this our go-to spot for beach vacations. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with pot, pans, utensils, and appliances. There were plenty of towels, robes, and linens. The games and ping pong table were a hit with the kids. We were only a few miles from town and appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend for large families or groups. Thanks for having us!

One the best equipped houses I’ve ever stayed in. Didn’t have just 1 or 2 of things but enough for the amount of people you could host there and not run out. Had plenty of kitchen items, cute organization decor that held plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. Basket with extra blankets was a cozy touch for the rainy weekend along with games and lots of coffee for the Kuerig! Loved the view , especially from the awesome upstairs bedrooms and deck! The outdoor shower & sink to clean clams was so wonderful! When the hot tub wasn’t working the host got it fixed asap so we could enjoy the amenities we had searched for and planned on. Great communication and responsiveness! Definitely would stay again!

The home and the landscaping are beautiful. We found all rooms spotless with everything organized to make our stay easy and special. In fact the extra details and touches were astonishing. I would highly suggest to spend time reading the house handbook with details on climate information and history of local storms that raged through the area....all very fascinating. Steve and Alice went above and beyond what you might expect from the majority of home owners. Their beach house is a real treasure.

Nice place. Felt bigger than the pictures showed. We had 2 families, 4 adults and 5 little kids, and the house had more than enough room for all of us. Hot tub was a nice touch.

Lovely new floors and countertops. Jim was very easy to work with too. House is located on a nice and quiet dead end road. Quick and easy walking access to the beach just up the road. There’s a new house being built in front of Jim’s - doesn’t ENTIRELY block the view.
