Came for a place to stay for the Eastern State 20-miler, and it was great! Perfect location!

This beautiful home is great for families. My family of 8 adults and 1 dog stayed for a weekend. The home is clean clean clean and has everything a family could need. Games galore! Although our stay was for a sad reason (laying sister to rest) the home brought us together as a family. Plenty of room and great location. I highly recommend. I will rent again during summer!

We had a great time, the house was very clean and comfortable. It has beautiful views, and a nice park across the street. It is a quick drive to downtown Salem, which was nice. We definitely recommend staying here!

7 Lowell Street is a magnificent rental in the heart of beach living in Seabrook. Literally 75 steps to the beach boardwalk path in a lovely beach community. Well appointed, clean, as described, plenty of parking and so many great gathering spots inside and out. This house easily accommodates a crowd without feeling crowded. Sean was immediately responsive to a few minor questions I had. He also checked in with me on day one to make sure I had what I needed. We loved the tee-pee in the children’s room and the children’s books. A tiny detail but notable… the cleaning staff folded every toilet paper roll into a sailboat! We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful time in Somerset. Linda’s place is amazingly clean. Had everything we needed. Loved the view! I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ken & Amy's ,the locals were friendly even on Halloween !!, Walking distance to pubs and restaurants ( 2 mins) , The place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed , loved being a porch person :-)

A large, comfortable home with the ocean in sight! The beach was stunning and the area was so quiet and peaceful in the off-season. Some great restaurants and shops were still open too. We’d love to return one day.

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

Great place to stay with an awesome view of the beach right from the balcony. This is where every morning we would have our coffee to plan out our day and every evening sit back with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the ocean. The accommodations were good, the place was clean and had all the things to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

Great place that’s got everything you need. Just like advertised. Nice and safe area, very close proximity to the beach. Joe is a great host, very responsive and will make sure you feel right at home.

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

Loved staying at Dustin's place. Easy going check in was a plus. The house was great, clean, easy to navigate. super hot water and great water pressure is always appreciated! The beach was so close, the arcade was walkable and or a quick bike ride. Having beach chairs available that I didn't have to pack up was a great add as well. We will definitely be back!-

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

What a location! Right in the middle of Perkins Cove. The view from the back deck is EVERYTHING! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Approx 1 mile from town. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Loved the experience of staying in the heart of Perkins Cove!

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. A big thanks to David and Will for providing a great experience for our family for the holidays...thank you!

It was a lovely cozy space with a very comfortable bed and the greatest shower ever! The beach is a few yards walk thru the dunes and it’s gorgeous. Everything was easy and so well done. Kitchen nook really worked for making breakfast. Gwen made us feel happily at home.

We loved it! Lots of space for 7 of us, plenty of bathrooms, plus space to put together a jigsaw puzzle, watch the football game, sit down and eat, or work if you have to - all at the same time!! In other words, lots of common areas to spread out in. Being right on the beach was wonderful. And downtown is about a mile stroll, so you can eat too much at the little crepe place and walk it off on the way home. We would definitely come back if we have the chance. Beautiful home and Rives made it very easy to enjoy it.
