This apartment is in the heart of Sea Point, about 100 meters from the ocean with a beautiful sea view. It’s conveniently located and is surrounded by various trendy restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, hotels and shops. Everything is within walking distance. There is also an allocated parking bay available behind security gates. This sea-facing, top floor studio apartment, with secure parking, is in the heart of Sea Point and only 100m from the beachfront promenade and surrounded by large, old trees. It’s near well known international hotels and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a full size integrated fridge. The floor to ceiling clothing cupboards have an extra compartment on the top for luggage storage. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is secure parking on the premises. There is also the option to self check in. Your host won’t be on the property but happy to help should you need anything. Sea Point is one of Cape Town's most vibrant and trendy suburbs. The apartment comes with secure parking and is a stone’s throw from the beachfront. Plus, it's within walking distance of popular restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars. Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay.
