This is a massive, gorgeous house inside and outside. The bedrooms are large suites. Its location was great. The place was very clean and everything worked well. There are million switches in this house, little bit intimidating, but are labeled. For its size, they can spend a little more money to add more towels, plates and glasses. We enjoyed our stay in this house, but unfortunately it was short, just five nights, next time we will try to stay a month.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of Gus’s amazing Airbnbs. I can't say enough good things about it! The location was perfect—close to all the best attractions, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat. The decor was a standout feature; it had a funky, eclectic vibe that truly felt like a boutique hotel. Every corner was thoughtfully styled, making it a joy to explore and relax in. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay. I can’t wait to return!

This place was incredible. We would 100% stay here again. It was clean, bright, and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and my kids loved the slide.

Our girls weekend stay at Mimosa House in Scottsdale AZ was delightful. The 5 bedroom, 3 bath home was exactly as described. We had private bed/bath spaces as well as fun social spaces (great room, patio, kitchen) to enjoy our priceless time together. Mimosa House was in a quiet neighborhood while centrally located to easily get to and from events we planned. Denise simply made everything easy as was super responsive through out.

Paul was an astounding host. VERY quick to respond to all my questions, easy to work with and left clear instructions on check in and check out. The house was beautiful and everything we could ask for as a group of 13. Including the activities that came with the house! Location of the house was perfect as well as groceries and restaurants were close by making it easily accessible if we ever needed anything. We had a great time and worth staying with Paul if you are ever in need of a space for a large group!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! This was by far the most well-appointed Airbnb we've ever stayed in—everything was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully maintained. It was perfect for our family, especially with kids. From toys and games to kitchen essentials and extra blankets, they truly had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care went into making this space comfortable and welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Comfortable home with 4 bedrooms that worked great for us, our 2 young kids, and our parents. Yard is a great play spot for kids. All the essentials are there for cooking. Would definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and had a great layout with tall ceilings that made it feel open and airy. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the area. The location was super convenient—just a short drive to downtown Gilbert with lots of great restaurants and shops. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Absolutely Stunning Retreat – A Hidden Gem in Fountain Hills! My family and I had an incredible stay at this gorgeous retreat in Fountain Hills. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect from the area, but we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful, secluded, and impeccably clean it was. From the moment we arrived, the house took our breath away—the exterior was fresh, modern, and gave off the perfect Arizona desert vibe. But stepping inside was even more impressive—the photos truly don’t do it justice! The interior was beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculate. The owners went above and beyond with the amenities, including a water softener, an alkaline water system, and so many thoughtful little touches that most Airbnb hosts don’t provide. The views from the house were breathtaking, making us feel like we were in our own private paradise. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and so relaxing—it honestly felt like our own vacation home. We would 100% return and recommend

The hosts communicated extremely well. There were some minor issues, but they responded swiftly and corrected them with zero impact on our stay. They wanted to make sure we had everything we needed at check-in and throughout our stay. The houses were decorated extremely well as if they were lived in year-round. Both houses had their unique charm and were functional in every way whether it was the pools, the hot tub, or the appliances. The locations was center to every place we needed to visit. We would definitely rent again.

My family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The place was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi and the several games/activities at the house. There were plenty of small extras not advertised which made us feel like we were at our own house. Small parks within walking distance. Next time I’m headed to Phoenix, I’ll check this place for availability before looking anywhere else.

Kay was awesome. Place was awesome. Would definitely come back. Kay's place is packed with any amenity you could imagine. We came with six adults and four kids and the place exceeded everyone's expectations.

This place was a fantastic home for our family of four. Lots of space, quiet neighborhood, and so many great things to do close by. Our kids loved the pool and billiards table. The master bedroom felt like a resort experience. The hosts were responsive and so thoughtful in their replies. We will definitely aim to stay here again when traveling to Scottsdale!

This house was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette party! It was so cute, clean, and thoughtfully decorated — even better than the photos. It came fully stocked with everything we needed, which made the entire weekend super easy and stress-free. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is a beautiful house with a wonderful layout. I have been renting homes for about 20+ years and this was by far the most gorgeous. Great pool and backyard although the leaves from the trees were annoying as they were always in the pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the space. We will rent it again if back in the AZ area.

Great house in central location. Yard and all the activities for kids greatly appreciated. All tvs had Netflix, Hulu, etc. kitchen pretty well equipped could be better. Chip / dip set, bigger Tupperware would be useful. Ice machine wouldn’t dispense. Pool and hot tub in good condition.

We came for Spring Break with a group of 11, ranging in ages from 9 to 45 years old. This was a perfect place for everyone in our group to find something to do. The hosts were responsive and informative, making our trip free from frustration and uncertainty. We would recommend this house to anyone coming to the Peoria/Phoenix/Glendale area.
