Thoroughly enjoyed my time in this lovely home! Very convenient location and a perfect getaway at the same time. Can't wait to find more time to spend here.

Husband and I not only loved the location. It was private and a quiet area. Clear directions and easy check in and out. Plus a great host.

Great location and good place to stay if you will be out and about doing things. It is somewhat secluded from the owners home. Would stay again. Bring own toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap. It’s listed as an amenity, which it is provided in tiny little bottles. Not an issue for those with little hair… but I have lots of it and didn’t pack any since it was listed as an amenity at all of the places we were staying.

The house was very nice, clean and had the basics amenities. We had a short stay, but everything we needed was there. Beds were super comfy (we only used the two larger ones), and towels were nice too. We brought our own coffee, but there were coffee filters and a coffee pot available. We really enjoyed it and would stay again! No issues at all.

Absolutely unforgettable stay — 10/10! From the moment I arrived, this Airbnb exceeded every expectation. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Every detail — from the cozy bedding to the fully equipped kitchen — was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and ease. The location was perfect: quiet, safe, and within easy access to everything I needed. But what really made this stay special was the host. They were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. Whether you're in town for a short getaway or a longer stay, I can't recommend this spot enough. I’ll absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in town!

What a gem of a space! Beautiful, peaceful and had everything I needed. Very gracious and helpful hosts and the artwork in the unit was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The casita was the perfect space for a small family. The space is fresh, modern, clean and the patio and pool look like a scene from a private resort. The fire pit was a great space for morning coffee and evening margaritas and our oldest loved the basketball court. In fact our hosts went out of their way to take-down the pickleball net to accommodate our son's love of basketball. The location is a short 5 minute scenic drive to a wonderful town center with a host of great restaurants (We loved the Thai, Pho, and In-Out Burger, First Watch) and two very, very nice grocery stores. Being on the north end of Phoenix it was the perfect jumping-off location for day trips to Sedona (very beautiful) and the Grand Canyon. At the end of the day the space itself was its own vacation and it truly felt like a luxury resort Casita.

As a single traveler, I enjoyed my stay at Wes's place. The studio was spacious and provided everything I needed. Wes was a very responsive host--when the Keurig coffee maker gave up the ghost, Wes brought a new one to that unit the same day--I appreciated that, as I love my morning coffee! Thanks Wes!

With beautiful South Mountain Park right outside the door, this space was peaceful and energizing at the same time. The birds and wildlife are a joy to watch. Kim was a great host and checked in often. We truly enjoyed our stay and will come back as soon as we can.

Excellent place to stay. It’s north of Scottsdale in a beautiful area near Boulders Golf Club. I would definitely stay here again.

Ann's casita is my home away from home when I'm in Phoenix! I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here, but it is perfect every time! Ann is wonderful - very responsive and helpful. Her casita is great - both inside and outside!

Lovely, peaceful stay. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Felt right at home, incredibly cozy. Alicia is a wonderful host. She made our trip into a wonderful experience.

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! What a clean and roomy place to stay in! Every part was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the large bathroom. The large king bed was very comfortable.

This facility and accommodations are above and beyond what we had expected if we ever get back into her neck of the woods we will plan our vacations around the available dates of her accommodations it was spectacular she is a wonderful host I can’t thank her enough forOutstanding accommodations for making this a spectacular vacation

My stay in Phoenix was absolutely fantastic, thanks to this comfortable and luxurious home! The highlight for me was the beautiful garden and patio area—such a peaceful spot to enjoy my morning coffee and unwind in the evenings after exploring the city. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, and the delicious farm-fresh eggs provided were such a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home, especially the stunning custom woodwork that added a unique charm. This place felt like a private oasis—I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I loved this place! It felt very private, peaceful and safe, even though it is in a relatively dense suburban neighborhood. Great location, south of downtown, adjacent to a huge nature preserve, but within 5 miles of the airport. The interior of the casita is pretty and comfortable and homey, and it had absolutely everything I needed. I ate dinner outside every night, watching the evening light color the mountains and enjoying the fun outdoor string lights that lit up automatically at dusk!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. Cindy and Bruce were very welcoming and friendly. Their place felt like home away from home, we ended up extending our stay. Good location, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful at night. The place was clean and matched the description. I would definitely stay here again and recommend their place to others. Overall, we had a great stay here. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and kind and the house was well furnished and clean. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood that the house is in isn’t the greatest, but it is minutes from Arcadia and lots of things to do. It worked well for our needs and we had a great time.

This stay was well worth the money spent! It was nice, clean, and the right size for my needs. The place is setup just like the photos and descriptions, some of the small furniture was different than the photos, but by no means was this an issue as they worked perfectly fine (desk chairs and lamps on nightstands). Miles was communicative and friendly. There was a minor delay with the checkin due to the prior guests leaving later than expected, but Miles communicated this and made sure I was aware, and he took care of the situation. Of note, I will say the area/neighborhood may not look to be the safest for some, but for me I had ZERO issues! There’s also cameras facing the area and it’s always well lit to increase one’s feelings of safety. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay there and will be locking in this place in the event I return!

We had an amazing stay at Kyle’s beautiful guesthouse! Kyle is a genuinely kind and attentive host who made sure we had everything we needed. The guesthouse is spotless and well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home. It’s in a fabulous location, within walking distance to Gallo Blanco — our favorite restaurant in Phoenix, with the best ceviche we’ve ever had. Despite being right off his main house, Kyle ensures complete privacy, and you hardly notice it’s a shared property. If you do want to meet him or say hi to his awesome dog, Bravo (a.k.a. Bravado), he’s always happy to help. The place also has an incredible AC unit and a great ceiling fan in the bedroom, which kept us wonderfully cool even in the 95-degree heat. For anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained gem in Phoenix, this is the perfect spot. Just don’t book it when we want to come back! Highly recommend!
