Scottish Borders: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

We were so happy to have found Jon's place for our stay in Edinburgh. I highly recommend it! The beds are comfortable, shower is spa-worthy, back garden is a delight and there is a walking path just behind it. After days' long exploring in beautiful Edinburgh, it was always so nice to come back to such a peaceful oasis of quiet and privacy. Jon is a great host and we felt like we had a friend watching over us while we were visiting. We were sorry to leave. Do yourself a big favor and book this apartment. You won't regret it.

The apartment is really bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. The living area and kitchen are perfect. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Audrey explained everything very clearly to us when we arrived to drop off our luggage (the owners facilitated an early drop off before 4pm). In terms of improvements, the water boiler is quite noisy so if someone used the bathroom late, it could wake other guests. We would have appreciated shampoo in the bathroom - some of our party flew with hand luggage only with a small liquids allowance. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient for the EICC, a 10-15 minute walk. The welcome breakfast pack was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Napoli-themed Pizzeria 1926 with delicious pizzas!

El apartamento de Elaine es muy cómodo y acogedor. Buena ubicación (cerca del centro) y contar con aparcamiento es una gran ventaja si viajas en coche. Cocina bien equipada, limpieza excelente, noches tranquilas, zona rodeada de servicios (restaurantes, supermercado). Excelente opción para visitar Edimburgo y los alrededores. Family trip from NY, scouting for universities for our daughter. Our other daughter studies at Uni of Edinburgh, and lives on Simpson Loan - so we knew location was very quiet, safe but walkable to the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh within minutes. The apartment was superb. Clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed. Sharon was easy to deal with - flexible on arrival time to meet our changing travel needs. Can’t recommend this apartment enough. Wanted to come back for 2 nights in early July for our daughter’s graduation, but it’s a 3 night minimum :- (( Simply loved this place, staying at the hotel across the street won’t be the same!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Had an amazing stay for 10 nights. The accommodation was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely rebook if I ever do another trip to Edinburgh!

What a perfect apartment, ideal for our family, we found it to be even better than the listing suggested! Spotlessly clean with great quality furniture including beds, bedding, pillows and lovely thick towels. The kitchen was particularly well stocked, our 5 year old was delighted with the little boxes of cereals and such a treat to find a Selkirk Bannock too! Would definitely stay again, we had a lovely relaxing stay

The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of space to comfortably accomodate 6 people. The location is excellent; quiet but close to amenities and transport into town. Di was a sensational host, and the house had the best home feel we have ever had in an air bnb experience. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this air BnB.

Everything you need in kitchen to cook a meal. We took lap trays rather than try to use dining table, but wasn’t a problem. The bath is very deep so need to be careful getting in if mobility not great but once in the shower options are easy to use and give a great shower. Beds are very comfortable and with no light pollution it’s very dark so a good night sleep is gauranteed. Small table and chairs outside great for catching the sun in afternoon and protected from the wind.

This is let is worth a visit if you are a family or in a group. It's a peaceful location with off-road parking. We all had a room to ourselves and there are nice places to relax in the house. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and be in Edinburgh centre in 20 minutes or so. You can make the best of Edinburgh when staying. Usman is very hospitable and will meet and show you round himself. He communicated well for us and was flexible with when we could check in. This proved very helpful on the day! I would recommend staying here, it's a nice place.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Iris’s well appointed home. Location handy to shops, river walks. Delightful garden, eating breakfast was so peaceful while watching the bird life. Views of the hills from the bedrooms was very special.

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

La casa ha sido espectacular. Hemos ido un grupo de 6 amigas y hemos disfrutado de desayunar en el cocina muy amplia y con absolutamente todo lo que puedas necesitar. La casa estaba súper limpia y muy bonita decorada. Sin ninguna duda recomiendo este alojamiento

The house was lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was amazing - right near the beach, the Creel path goes right through the fields to St. Abbs. You can also take a path from the beach up to St. Abbs or walk over the land by the ocean to Eyemouth. Just sitting above the beach watching the surfers was fun. Lovely spot.

The cottage was exactly as described. The owners were very communicative and we had no issues during our stay at all. It is a great location, nice and quiet very close to Kielder Water and Forest Park.

Rosie's place was fantastic, and Rosie was an amazing host who provided a lovely breakfast and some easter goodies. The apartment was perfect for our needs with a great bike store and lovely garden. We'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful spacious apartment for 2 with all you need. Perfect location, especially if you like cycling. Friendly accommodating hosts.

Wir hatten 5 tolle Tage. die Wohnung ist groß, cool eingerichtet, hat alles, was man braucht und liegt nahe bei den Meadows. Wir kommen gern wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We have had a great city break at Caroline's place. It had everything we needed for a home from home stay, all within walking distance of the main attractions of Edinburgh. Would recommend to anyone wanting a homely stay in the city.
