Great accommodation, close to Edinburgh via car. The place was very organised and prepared well for our check in. Felt very welcomed. The room is private and away from the house with a private entrance so that was great.

Hilary was a really lovely host! The house was just like in the photos and the description: pretty, clean and comfortable. The house can easily be reached with a lot of buses from the Waverly main station. I can really recommend going to the Meadowfield Park and the Dunsapie Loch which are close to the house. The breakfast was also beautifully prepared and delicious!

Le logement correspondait exactement aux photos et a la description faites dans l'annonce, aucuns problèmes d'accès au sanitaires communs , nous n'avons jamais été gênés par d'autres voyageurs . La communication avec Louise a été parfaite , elle a été réactive , et nous a permis de laisser notre bagage après la remise de la chambre afin de profiter de notre dernière journée a Édimbourg avant de prendre notre vol . Il y a un arrêt de bus a 1 min a peine du logement qui nous conduit en 15 min a princesstreet. je recommande les yeux fermés ! nous sommes repartis pleins de bons souvenirs et nous reviendrons sans hésiter .

This room was pefect and completely as described. The location is on the main bus route into the city but is also walkable.

The apartment was as described, we had our own bathroom and everything else we needed. It was very clean and with a nice view on Arthur´s Seat out the window. The apartment is close to the city center and there are a few bus stations nearby. Kramat gave us a warm welcome, explained everything to us and was always available. We had a really good time in Edinburgh!

Great place to enjoy Scotland from. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but carry outs are popular and plenty of groceries. I like all the green spaces especially.

Très bel appartement chez Alice. Propre, fonctionnel et au calme. Nous avons eu un petit problème pendant notre séjour et Alice a tout fait pour nous aider. Une personne très gentille. Je recommande !

I stayed here for 3 weeks to look for my long-term accommodation. I could check in easily, following the instructions from the host. The room and other spaces were arranged and cleaned up well. The location was also great; I could go anywhere on many buses. I couldn't find the hot blanket by myself, but the host kindly showed it and made it usable. He always responded as soon as I asked, and kindly and flexibly accepted my requests. I highly recommend staying here.

Marina is a wonderful host! She went over and above to make sure that my stay was enjoyable, including by assisting me with finding free parking in the area and spending her evening time providing me with great suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. And Marina’s home is beautiful!

Possibly the best air bnb we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful spacious room, fantastic views, access to lovely kitchen and living areas. Excellent bathroom. All with quality furnishings, generous kitchen supplies. Marina is an enthusiastic host with lots of local recommendations. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay at Marina’s home. My first room was this very sweet room, with a large mirror, a large wardrobe, a sofa and a comfortable bed! Also, I'm so lucky that I enjoyed the wonderful view of Edinburgh in sunny sunset. Everything was just as I imagined—modern, well-equipped, and clean. But also it's vintage Georgian! The house and the surrounding area felt completely safe, making it an ideal choice, especially for solo travelers.There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, including some fantastic Turkish and Chinese options. Getting around was also easy, with most places accessible either by bus or on foot. A special thanks to Marina—she’s truly the best hostess I’ve met in the UK. As an international student who knew very little about the city, I was incredibly grateful for her kindness and hospitality. She not only introduced me to Edinburgh but also made her home feel like mine. Friendly, generous, and welcoming—she made all the difference in my stay.
