Located within a 10 minute walk to festival venues, Edinburgh University, and town centre, home retains a feeling of quiet countryside. The front door opens to a path to Arthur's Seat and the back door to secluded south facing garden, with seating and fire pit for chilly evenings. We have a lush garden with a herb spiral for salads and cooking, and shops, bakery, and restaurants within a short walk.

We offer a double , fresh and bright bedroom in our family home in a very quiet area of Penicuik. Perfect starting point for exploring Edinburgh or the country side as we offer free parking with bus stop on the door step. We have a big garden plus a huge grass area in front of our house and happily host kids or dogs or both. PLEASE BE AWARE : the car park is about 50m away from the entrance to the room. The room is not suitable for wheel chairs . Note that there is a £10 charge for dogs.
