Cedar Cabin

A spacious timber cabin built 8 years ago. In a very quiet location amid the fields and woods of our farm, situated in the garden of my home and off a private road leading only to the farm. Cooking facilities are microwave, mini-cooker with two rings and oven, slow cooker, frig and sink. Beds are made up as king size unless singles are requested in advance. Pets are welcome. The Cabin has its own garden securely fenced. Garden furniture with sun loungers, table and chairs and charcoal BBQ.

Throw the kids onto the gigantic front lawn, and sit quietly with a glass of wine knowing that they are safe to let rip!. Whether you’re looking to explore our hills on foot or bike (we have secure bike storage), this is also your chance to recharge - picnic on that lawn anyone?? Completely private but only 6 miles from a main town should you need supplies, and Edinburgh is only an hour away.

The perfect place to relax after a day in the hills or the surrounding area. The Pentland Cosy nestles at the foot of the Pentland hills regional park. A self-contained one-bedroom lodge, the Cosy is tucked away a few metres from waymarked walks. Available all year round it’s ideal for walkers and lovers of the great outdoors. Also conveniently located just 9 miles from Edinburgh. We’re situated close to the A702 making us a convenient stop over if you’re traveling up or down the country.

The Summer House

A self contained studio flat close to Central Edinburgh. Set in a large private garden with a small orchard and vegetable plots. Close to nice boutique shops, as well as a Waitrose, M & S, Tesco and Sainsburys. We are in the beautiful leafy suburb of Morningside. The Summer House suits couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It's an easy walk to the city centre via the Meadows, or jump on a bus for a 10- 15 minute trip to town. Private and secure access is via my garage

In a perfect location to explore the Scottish Borders and Northumberland coastline and beautiful beaches. The cottage is attached to a family home with on site parking and outdoor space. There is no TV set but the cottage has a TV licence for BBC IPlayer use.

The 'Green House' is a charming wood panelled annex cottage dating from the 1920s. It is in a quiet, rural location, but still close to the M74 so a perfect stop en-route to northern Scotland or southwards to the border and England. It has an AGA, central heating, king-size beds with electric blankets, private parking, full cooking facilities and utilities, as well as it's own 'private use' garden facilities with views over sheep farms and the Moffat Hills.

Modern and airy guest house with a large enclosed garden. An ideal place for families and friends to get together. Well behaved dogs are welcome. In the summer months we offer extra accommodation, if required, in the garden bunkhouse located a few steps from the back door. Situated in the hamlet of Sharperton on the border of Northumberland National Park, our location offers an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside and coastline.

Rock Cottage St Abbs Harbour

Rock Cottage is a converted building that was used in the past for Net/Creel and general fishing equipment store. We live in Rock House which was the first house built in st abbs. This property is suited to a couple, there is a double room downstairs and also the kitchen is on this level, upstairs is a shower room/wc and a living room which leads onto a decked balcony overlooking the harbour.
